Call the pitch. Log where it finished. Know the difference. Hurlr is a pitch-charting app for baseball coaching staffs — built to be worked with one thumb, from the dugout rail, while you are still watching the mound. CALL IT, THEN CHART IT • Call the pitch first — long-press the zone you want and pick the pitch type • Then long-press where it actually finished, and record what the hitter did with it • Every pitch stores intent alongside result, so you are charting command, not just outcomes • Cutter, fastball, slider, changeup, sinker, curveball, knuckleball, splitter • Add velocity when you have a gun on the game, skip it when you don't LIVE IN-GAME TRACKING • Balls, strikes, outs, runners and score stay current as you log • The runner diagram follows the play and suggests the bases after it • Undo a misclick without breaking the at-bat • At-bat sequences build pitch by pitch as the inning goes • Per-pitch effectiveness: usage, whiff, chase, zone rate and BAA for every pitch in the arsenal THE STATS PITCHING COACHES ACTUALLY USE • Efficiency: Strike%, First-Pitch Strike%, Zone Rate, Pitches per Inning • Stuff: Whiff%, CSW%, Chase%, Ground Ball% • Rate stats: K/9, BB/9, K/BB, batters faced • The traditional line: IP, ERA, WHIP, BAA • Strike-zone heatmaps for every pitcher, and for every game • Sort the staff by pitch count, Strike%, ERA, WHIP or BAA and see who is really throwing strikes BUILT FOR A STAFF, NOT ONE COACH • Organizations with Owner, Admin and Coach roles • Your whole staff works from one roster and one set of game data • Season-based rosters, so last year's numbers stay in last year • Switch between organizations cleanly — separate programs, separate data WORKS WHERE BALLPARKS DON'T HAVE SIGNAL • Full offline logging — a pitch saves to the device the moment you log it • Undo works offline too • Background sync flushes the queue the moment signal comes back • No spinner between innings PRIVACY • No ads, no third-party trackers, no IDFA • We collect your name and email to run your account, and nothing else • Delete your account, and your data, from inside the app Hurlr requires an account in a Hurlr organization. Ask your program's administrator for an invitation. Built by people who got tired of transcribing a paper pitch chart at 11pm.
