Marked is a Markdown reader and editor designed first as a reading app — think Apple Books for your .md files. Open any Markdown document from Files or iCloud Drive and read it with the calm of a book: classic typography, generous margins, justified text with automatic hyphenation, and Light, Sepia and Dark themes. A READING-FIRST EXPERIENCE • Three reading themes: Light, Sepia and Dark. • Nine curated typefaces: system serif, New York, Georgia, Palatino, Times New Roman, Helvetica Neue, Avenir Next, Iowan Old Style and Charter. • Adjustable font size, line spacing and horizontal margins. • Justified text with automatic hyphenation for a book-like rhythm. • Native rendering of headings, lists, quotes, code blocks, links and tables. • Styled blockquotes with accent bar, soft background tint and a decorative quote glyph. • Wrap-first tables that fit cell text to the screen and only scroll horizontally when wrapping is not enough. SYNTAX HIGHLIGHTING • Fenced code blocks are highlighted with automatic language detection (highlight.js via HighlighterSwift). • The editor colours Markdown markup live — headings, emphasis, code spans, links and lists — without getting in the way of plain-text editing. QUICK EDITING • Built-in plain-text editor with in-place save to the original file. • New documents open straight into the editor. • Jump to any line directly from the table of contents or search results. • Debounced highlighting keeps large files responsive while typing. NAVIGATION • Auto-generated table of contents from the document's headings. • In-document search: per section in reader mode and per line in editor mode. • Recent files list with per-document reading position and progress, Apple Notes–style file count under the title. FAST AND SMOOTH • Documents open asynchronously so the UI never blocks on large files. • Theme and font changes reuse the parsed document and existing section views instead of rebuilding from scratch. • Smart subview reuse keeps scrolling fluid in long documents. WORKS WITH YOUR FILES • Opens .md, .markdown, .mdown and .mkd files from Files, iCloud Drive and "Open with…". • Create new Markdown documents from inside the app. • Security-scoped bookmarks remember where each file lives, so recents keep working after relaunch. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • Everything runs on your device. Marked has no servers. • No accounts, no telemetry, no advertising, no tracking. • Your files stay exactly where you keep them — the app only opens them. Ideal for reading notes, technical documentation, project READMEs, long-form articles or books written in Markdown — and for making quick edits without leaving the reading flow.

WakeGlass is a calm, private alarm clock with timers, focus, workouts and sleep sounds in one app. No account, no ads, no tracking — everything you create stays on your iPhone. ALARMS THAT RING Built on Apple's AlarmKit, so your alarms ring through Silent mode and Focus, with a full-screen alert on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and in StandBy. One-time or weekly alarms, a snooze limit per alarm, quick-add times, skip next and duplicate. DAYS OFF Vacation mode, public holidays and your own days off. Repeating alarms rest on those days and ring again afterwards; one-time alarms always ring. Holidays for 15 countries — Germany by state, the UK by nation — worked out on your iPhone, not downloaded. WAKE UP YOUR WAY 16 alarm tones in a Bright and a Deep pack, from kalimba and birdsong to temple gong and clock tower — tap any tone to hear it first. Import your own sounds, or let the volume rise gently from quiet to loud. Screen brightening and a flashlight pulse help when the app is open. SLEEP SOUNDS Nine soundscapes — white, pink and brown noise, rain, ocean, wind, fan, campfire and stream — generated on your iPhone, not streamed. They keep playing with the screen off, with a sleep timer that fades out gently and controls on the Lock Screen. BEDTIME A wind-down reminder, and the sleep window widget: see how much sleep you get if you go to bed now, without unlocking. FOCUS & WORKOUTS A Pomodoro-style Focus timer with breaks, cycles and phase chimes that sound with the phone locked. Interval workouts (Tabata, HIIT, EMOM) with transition tones, countdown timers and a lap stopwatch. MAKE IT YOURS Eight Special themes — Deep Space with the Milky Way, Galaxy Blue, Opal, Riso, Phosphor, Bitter Lemon and more — plus classic glass themes, solid colours and your own hue. Not sure? Try any locked theme on your own screens for 30 seconds. Six app icons: the new Sunrise icon and the Classic one are free. AND MORE • World clock • Optional wake statistics, kept on your iPhone — opt in, wipe them anytime • Your data is yours: export and import everything as a file • Help that works offline • Fully translated into 15 languages PRIVACY, FOR REAL No accounts, no ads, no analytics. The only outside service WakeGlass uses is Apple's App Store, for the optional Pro purchase. Alarms, timers, focus and sleep sounds work completely offline. WAKEGLASS PRO — ONE PURCHASE, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION Unlocks every theme and custom colours, all sleep sounds, 13 more alarm tones, your own tones, gradual volume, wake aids, days off, four more app icons, statistics, and saved workout and focus setups.
