BeFit. vs ARC

Calorie counter, workout planner, running app, fasting timer — most people have four apps and use none of them for more than two weeks. BeFit is one. And it knows you. WHAT MAKES BEFIT DIFFERENT Vita, your AI coach, doesn't just talk — she takes action. Tell her "log my lunch" or "build me a push/pull/legs routine," and it's done. She knows your calories for today, your last workout, and your streak. Form Check shows you what the scale doesn't: Upload a photo and the AI analyzes your muscle development — displayed as an interactive body map with progress tracking over weeks. The Pose Camera overlays your previous photo as a stencil, ensuring every comparison is fair. Moments makes fitness social without the Instagram facade: A random time window each day, a real photo, your real workout. Like BeReal — but for the gym. EVERYTHING YOU NEED DAILY IN ONE PLACE NUTRITION Fill your diary in seconds: scan barcodes, snap a photo (AI recognizes the dish), or log from your recent foods with a tap. Calories, macros, water — featuring goals calculated directly from your body metrics. STRENGTH TRAINING Log sets, weights, and rest times like a pro: previous values pre-filled, PRs automatically detected, and a rest timer with sound and vibration — available right on your lock screen via Live Activity. RUNNING & STEPS GPS tracking with live stats in the Dynamic Island. Steps sync automatically from Apple Health. COMMUNITY Weekly leaderboards, challenges with real points at stake, friends, and points earned for everything that drives your progress: logging foods, workouts, gym visits — even a second one on the same day. BEFIT PRO Unlimited Vita, Form Check, Smart Notifications, and more. €4.99 monthly · €44.99 yearly · €79.99 lifetime. The core of the app stays free. One app. One plan. Every day. Earn your screen time. Instead of taking your phone away, you earn it. ARC flips the deal: every finished task earns cookies. Cookies buy minutes. And your wolf grows with you. YOUR 180-DAY PATH No endless checklist. After a short conversation, ARC builds you a real roadmap: 6 phases, 18 levels, 180 days. Every day one core task that fits you, plus five small side quests your coach derives from yesterday's review. Miss a day? It isn't thrown away – it comes back easier. PROVE IT, DON'T TICK IT A checkbox is free. In ARC you photograph what you did, and an AI checks whether the photo really shows the task. During exercise, the camera counts your reps. You can't lie to yourself – that's the point. A REAL APP LOCK ARC uses Apple's Screen Time system. You pick the apps that eat you up, and ARC really locks them – until you buy minutes back. No reminder you swipe away. A lock. INSTAGRAM WITHOUT REELS Open Instagram inside ARC: your feed, stories and chats – but no Reels tab, no Explore grid, no suggestions. YOUR WOLF He starts as a pup and grows through 18 levels to alpha. He's sad when you leave your day undone and celebrates when you deliver. Sounds silly. Works anyway. ALSO INSIDE - Sleep mode: the whole phone stays locked until morning - Streak with shields you have to earn - Challenges: 7-Day Sprint, Monk Mode, 30 Days of Movement - Journal, breathing timer and rep counter - Home Screen widgets: today's task and your streak - Evening review that changes tomorrow's plan - Stats that show how much time you've won back WHO IT'S FOR For everyone who notices in the evening that three hours are gone again. Who installed five blocker apps and deleted them all after two days. Who don't want a lecture, but a reason. ARC is available in English and German.
