Fleet Core puts your fuel card in your pocket. Fleet Core is used by professional drivers and owner-operators whose carrier participates in the Fleet Core platform. Your account is created by your carrier and delivered by invitation - there is no sign-up inside the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO - See the card assigned to you: its number, expiry date, unit number, status and spending limits - plus your driver ID while the card is active - Activate your card when you are ready to fuel. It switches itself off when the activation window runs out, so you are not left with a live card by accident - and you can always deactivate it yourself - Cardless payment: fuel without your physical card - pick the station you are at and get the details the pump needs - Find diesel near you: a map and list of participating truck stops with today's prices and your savings, sorted by price or distance. Once tomorrow's prices are out, switch over to see them too - Plan a route for your truck: enter your stops and truck details and see the best-priced fuel stops along the way. Suggested routes are for planning only - navigate with your own GPS - See how much cash is available on your card - Review your fuel transactions as they settle - Message Fleet Core support from inside the app, with a photo you take or pick, or a file, and save any photo or file support sends you. Answers come from an automated assistant, and a person takes over when you need one - Add a profile photo: take one with your camera or pick one from your photos, and change or remove it at any time - Keep your fuel loyalty program numbers in one place, and see the right one when you pay without your card at a station that takes it WHAT YOU NEED An invitation from your carrier. Your card number reaches the app encrypted and stays masked on screen; if your carrier allows it, you can reveal it. Fuel card transactions are issued and settled by the WEX/EFS network. PERMISSIONS Location is used only while the app is open: to show fuel stations and prices near you, including when you pay without your card, and to start a planned route from where you are. It is also recorded with sign-ins, card activations and cardless payment codes to help prevent fraud. The app opens your camera, photos or files only when you choose to take, pick or save one, for your profile photo or a support message. Fleet Core Systems LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming.
