Barrel Pro vs MyEntryForm

Finally, a run logging app built specifically for barrel racing. Barrel Pro is the all-in-one training companion for barrel racers who take their times seriously. Log every run, track every horse, and review your progress with tools designed for the arena — not the gym. Log Runs in Seconds Record your time, show name, date, location, arena condition, placing, and earnings for every run. Add rider notes and feedback while it's still fresh. Everything is organized by horse so your records stay clean and easy to review. Video Logging Attach video to any run directly from your phone. Record straight from the app or upload from your camera roll. Review your footage alongside your run data to see exactly where you're making up — or losing — time. Your Complete Run History Every run is saved and searchable. Filter by horse, rider, run type, show name, or location. See your horse's lifetime earnings at a glance with the built-in LTE tracker. Cloud Backup Never lose your data. Barrel Pro can securely back up your run logs and videos to the cloud so your records are safe even if you change phones. Access everything from any device as long as you're signed in. Multi-Horse, Multi-Rider Manage multiple horses and riders in one place. Switch between horses instantly and filter your log by rider to track individual performance. Built for Barrel Racers. Period. No generic sports features. No clutter. Run your show. Not your paperwork. MyEntryForm is the start-to-finish platform for horse show, barrel race, and rodeo producers — online entries, live show-day scoring, automatic payouts, and a public live leaderboard, all in one connected system. No more re-typing entries between three spreadsheets. No more adding up the pot by hand at 10pm. Build your event once, share a link, and run the whole show from your phone. HOW IT WORKS • Build the event — classes, divisions, fees, and prize structure, set once. • Collect entries online — share a link and watch the list fill in real time. You collect at the event: no card fees, no chargebacks. • Run with Showtime — score every run from your phone at the gate. The leaderboard updates the moment a time drops. • Auto payout & report — division placings, payouts, and sidepots calculated automatically, then exported clean. Go home on time. A LIVE BROADCAST FOR YOUR CONTESTANTS When you go live, a public leaderboard updates the instant a time is saved — so riders, parents, and sponsors can follow the action from anywhere. Live times, draw order, division splits, and who's in the money, all in real time. BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU RUN A SHOW Walk-ins, late entries, sidepots, rollovers, add-on items — handled in one place instead of scattered across notebooks and spreadsheets. Contestants can optionally create a free account to autofill their info and look up their own past times and earnings.
