Bring your own Spanish books. Understand every word. Léelo is an EPUB reader for people whose Spanish is still a work in progress. Import any DRM-free Spanish ebook, tap a word you don't know, and get an English definition without leaving the page or losing your place. HOW IT WORKS Import from Files, iCloud Drive, or wherever your books live. Project Gutenberg, Standard Ebooks, and Wikisource are all free and all work. Tap a word for an instant English definition, its part of speech, and audio pronunciation. Tap again to save it to your vocabulary list. Tap a whole sentence for a natural translation plus a word-by-word breakdown, so you can see how the grammar actually fits together. It all runs on device. No account, no sign-in, and no internet needed once your dictionary has downloaded. WHICH BOOKS WORK Any DRM-free EPUB. That covers Project Gutenberg, Standard Ebooks, and anything you bought from a DRM-free seller. Copy-protected books will not work, in this app or any other. Books bought from Kindle or Apple Books only open inside those apps. Léelo checks before importing and tells you plainly when a file is protected, instead of failing halfway through. If you plan to read a shelf of your own books, you want Premium. The free tier exists so you can read a real book start to finish before you decide. ALSO INCLUDED 296 original graded readers across the full CEFR ladder, A1 through C2, for when you'd rather build up to the hard stuff. 66 public-domain classics in Spanish.
