PB

PB-Runner is a running app that records your runs with the full depth your watch/phone can capture - pace, distance, splits, heart rate, and running-form metrics like power, ground contact time, vertical oscillation, stride length and cadence - and shows them in detail with route maps. - Record runs on Apple Watch (standalone, phone left at home) or on iPhone. - Garmin Support with PB-Runner ConnectIQ app - Detailed run breakdowns, route maps, and splits. - Create custom training schedules with AI you can follow on your wrist/phone with audio and haptic cues. - Recovery context from Apple Health (resting heart rate, sleep, HRV, VO2max). - An analytics dashboard on the web at pb-runner.com. - Share your run with a built-in editor for sharing your runs β stats over the map or your photo, dragged into place and styled to match. Bring your own AI (optional): connect an AI you already use - Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another - to your own training data and build your Athletes Profile so it can analyse your runs and help plan your sessions based on the athlete you are, not a generic runner in an age group . PB-Runner is the connector; the AI is your own separate subscription, and the app works fully without it. PB-Runner is free while we launch - record runs, sync across your devices, and see your stats. Connecting your own AI is included free for now but will become a paid option later; your recording and history stay free. Privacy: your health and location data is used only to run the features you use, never for advertising, and never sold. It is only shared with an AI when you explicitly choose to connect one.
Roughly Calories

Roughly Calories is a calorie tracker that feels like a note, not a dashboard. Point the camera at your plate, say or type what you ate, or scan a barcode. Roughly estimates calories and macros, you confirm with one tap, and you're done. No account, no feed, no streaks. Your entries stay on your phone. The estimate is deliberately rough and honestly labelled: every AI estimate carries a βββ, and exact numbers appear only where they are exact, with barcode, search and manual entry. Enough to see where you stand without weighing everything. WHAT YOU GET β’ Photo: take a picture, adjust the amount if it looks off, done β’ Speech: say what you ate, including the amount β’ Text: type what you ate, like β150 g of skyr with berriesβ β’ Search and barcode: Open Food Facts, no AI involved β’ Manual entry, always, also offline β’ Today at a glance, history by day β’ A daily goal from your weight, your direction and your activity WEIGHT, WATER AND APPLE HEALTH All free. Log your weight and see the curve of the last 30 days; a row on Today shows the latest value. Count glasses of water there too. A daily goal for water is optional, and Roughly never recommends an amount. If you like, connect Apple Health: Roughly writes your calories and macros to Health, reads and writes weight and water, and reads the energy you burned. It's optional, and everything works without it. For a sharper daily goal you can add your height, year of birth and sex; skip them and the rough calculation stays. WHAT YOU DON'T GET No social features, no recipe browsing, no micronutrient tables, no badges. And no nutrition advice: Roughly estimates, it doesn't recommend. FREE AND PREMIUM Three AI entries a day are free, one of them by photo. Premium raises that to thirty a day, up to ten of them by photo; the yearly plan starts with a free trial. Manual entry, search and barcode are always unlimited. PRIVACY No account. Photos and descriptions are sent for the estimate; we don't store them. Your meals, weight and goal never leave your phone. Health data stays between Roughly and Apple Health on your phone.
