DeskReset

DeskReset is a fully offline desk movement app built for office workers and remote workers. It does not try to turn your workday into a full fitness routine. Instead, it focuses on a simpler and more practical need: when you have been sitting too long and only have a minute, it helps you find one movement you can actually do right now. The app includes a fixed movement card library curated for desk and office reality. You can browse by body area, duration, and work context to find a useful reset in seconds. Each card is designed to stay short, discreet, and realistic for normal work clothes, shared spaces, and quiet environments. DeskReset supports favorites, recent views, and local reminders so the app remains useful across a real workweek, not just as a one-time content browser. There is no account system, no cloud sync, no subscription, no ads, and no in-app purchases. It stays lightweight, private, and easy to return to whenever you need a quick reset. If your workday often leaves you with tight shoulders, tired wrists, stiff hips, or general desk fatigue after meetings, typing, writing, or coding, DeskReset is meant to give you a more usable alternative to generic stretching content or overbuilt wellness apps. Feature requests or improvement ideas are welcome. Intervo
Read full descriptionHide full description
Generate an ascending, descending or pyramid interval workout with optional rest, preparation and cooldown, then save the full timeline as an editable workout. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Session Ladder from Home. Choose a shape, number of levels, first work interval and per-level increment. 2. Add optional rest and bookends. Review the complete timeline and total duration before saving. 3. Save as an editable workout, review the plan and use the existing workout runner when ready. Existing workout editing, interval running, history and settings remain available. Generated intervals are stored together in a single transaction, preserving their order and exact durations. WHAT TO KNOW Up to 12 levels and two hours total. A pyramid includes its peak once. Zero-length optional stages are omitted. Rest after the final work stage is optional. The generated workout is a timer plan, not a prescribed exercise program. iPhone and iPad.
