CJASE vs AGENTS Travel(e3aa99)

CJASE is a European travel and route planner built to make getting from A to B simpler — especially when the obvious route is not the best one. Plan a normal journey by train, bus, tram, metro, ferry or on foot. CJASE compares available public transport and long-distance connections and shows practical routes to your destination. But CJASE does more than list connections. It helps you understand what makes sense to do next. That may mean using a Smart Transfer to unlock a better connection, waiting before leaving instead of travelling somewhere just to wait, choosing a route with less walking, or walking when it is actually faster or almost as fast as public transport. WHY CJASE IS DIFFERENT • Smart alternatives CJASE looks beyond the obvious route: Smart Transfer, better waiting, less walking, useful later departures and alternative connections when they make more sense. • Interactive route maps See the complete journey on the map and explore it segment by segment across trains, buses, trams, metros, ferries, walking and taxi legs. • Practical journey details See operators, directions, transfers and platform information when available, so each part of the route is easier to understand. • Direct ticket and operator links Jump to the relevant operator or ticket service for that part of your journey without having to search for the right company yourself. • More ways to keep moving Long-distance buses, taxi and ride-hailing options, alternative hubs and nearby stays can help when public transport alone does not solve the trip. • Official transport data in supported markets CJASE uses dedicated and official transport sources to improve schedules, operators, platforms, calling points and service information when available. CJASE is designed to reduce the work between “How do I get there?” and “What should I do now?” — whether it is an everyday journey, a cross-border trip, a late connection or a trip that becomes complicated. Available in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Simplified Chinese. CJASE — Always a way home. Important: CJASE is a travel-planning tool. It is not a complete live turn-by-turn navigation service and does not replace official transport operators. Always confirm tickets, availability and critical travel information with the relevant provider before travelling.

AGENTS Travel monitors a trip you’ve already booked, so you don’t have to. If your flight is cancelled, it helps you claim a refund. IMPORT YOUR BOOKINGS Paste the confirmation email from your airline or hotel. Your trip, flights and accommodation are added automatically, with flight times checked against the airline. FLIGHT CONTROL CENTRE In the 48 hours before departure, AGENTS keeps checking your flight—even when the app is closed. Delays, cancellations and gate changes trigger a notification on your phone. It also tells you what you may need for your destination: a visa or ESTA, passport, travel insurance or eSIM. FLIGHT REFUNDS Has your flight been cancelled or delayed by more than 3 hours? Check in 30 seconds whether you may be entitled to up to €600, then submit a claim through our partner, Pay Now Travel Solution, and sign on your phone.
