FieldOffice allows your sales force to capture customer quotes and orders in the field on the iPad and then submit those orders to your business system via the Internet. The program also supports inventory availability and price checking and account credit checking. Query past sales on the spot and provide customer service in real time. FieldOffice streamlines the sales process from the salesperson to the business system, dramatically reducing processing time and potential overhead costs while supplying salespeople with the power of mobility. The app can operate in both a connected mode with a WiFi or 4G connection or offline. When connected, all information is processed in real time. When offline, orders are validated against a local database on the iPad, stored and then processed and can be submitted when reconnected. FieldOffice was developed to harness the power of the SX.e business system and Infor’s ION platform. Pricing, sales tax calculations and credit checking are all done by SX.e when connected via WiFi or 4G.

Cloudbrink provides a high-performance and strong zero-trust access to business applications for users from anywhere. Cloudbrink is a completely software-only solution that combines application performance and zero-trust security into a single platform. Cloudbrink ensures users and devices are authenticated before providing any role-based access controls. Cloudbrink protocols overcome the slow downs that come from even the slightest packet loss in the network. Along with a true software-defined WAN and thousands of POPs, no one else can match the quality of experience that can deliver a 30x performance boost for your remote workers. Cloudbrink reduces costs on multiple fronts. There are no expensive hardware appliances like VPN concentrators needed. The thousands of PoPs are spun up and spun down as required to give you ultra-fast access to PoPs only when you are online. And the ability to consolidate SD-WAN, VPN, and ZTNA technologies into a single software solution again reduces costs.
