Luma helps you keep a clear record of PCOS symptoms, periods and health information for your own review and appointments. Track what matters to you: • Log period dates, flow and pain. Review recorded cycle lengths and gaps. • Save quick symptom check-ins, leaving anything you did not track blank. • Keep lab results, meals, medications, supplements and journal notes together. • Read text from PDFs, document photos, Word documents and text files. Review extracted text and lab values before saving. • Export records for appointments and download a device backup, including saved files and voice recordings. Your records stay on your device unless you choose a cloud feature. Optional cloud backups contain text and record details; original files, photos and voice audio are excluded. Restore after reviewing the backup, with existing entries preserved. Cloud document processing asks for permission. Optional automatic sync merges text records across devices signed in to the same cloud account while Luma is open. Offline edits are kept for retry; conflicting changes are shown for your choice. Original files and audio remain local. Schedule daily, weekly and monthly reminders on your iPhone, including when Luma is closed or offline. Choose quiet hours and private lock-screen text. Notification permissions, Focus and device settings affect delivery. Apple Health period import is optional and read-only. Cycle estimates are uncertain, especially with irregular cycles and PCOS. Luma does not confirm ovulation, predict fertility, provide contraception guidance or diagnose or treat a condition. It does not replace a qualified clinician. Internet access is required to load the native app and use cloud features.

Cora is a PCOS tracker built for real life — irregular periods, shifting energy, and symptoms that don’t follow a textbook 28-day cycle. Track your cycle, log PCOS symptoms, scan meals, follow PCOS-friendly recipes, and move at your own pace. All in one calm app. PCOS cycle & period tracker Log period start and end dates on a calendar made for irregular cycles. Cora learns your usual range instead of forcing a 28-day period tracker. See typical cycle length, a watch window, and gentle reminders — without pretending it knows the exact day. PCOS symptom tracker Do a 30-second daily check-in for mood, energy, bloating, acne, cravings, fatigue, and hair. Log hirsutism treatments when you want to, not every day. Patterns show up over time so you can describe what’s actually happening. PCOS diet, food scanner & meal planner Snap a meal or food label for a PCOS-friendly score, calories, and one small suggestion. Browse high-protein, low-GI, and anti-inflammatory recipes, plan the week, and build a grocery list. Built for insulin resistance–aware eating — not restriction. PCOS workouts that flex with you Get a low-impact movement plan around your time and energy: strength, yoga, walking, and rest days. Sessions adapt when you log fatigue. No punishing HIIT. Recovery counts. Ask Cora Ask everyday questions about PCOS, food, cycle changes, or what’s in your logs. Warm, judgment-free guidance — not a diagnosis. For medical decisions, talk with your clinician. Insights you can take to your doctor See weekly recaps for cycle, symptoms, food scores, movement, meds, hydration, mood, and weight. Export a 30- or 90-day summary for your next appointment. Cora is for anyone looking for a PCOS app, PCOS tracker, period tracker for irregular periods, PCOS diet helper, or a calmer way to manage PCOS day to day. Your data stays on your device, with optional cloud backup when you sign in. Face ID lock is available. Cora is for informational tracking and education only. It is not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Privacy Policy: https://www.corapcos.com/privacy Terms of Use: https://www.corapcos.com/terms
