Train working memory with fast arithmetic n-back rounds. N-Back Math shows a stream of arithmetic problems and asks you to answer the result from N steps back. Each run is short, focused, and saved locally so you can track accuracy over time.

About

IQMAXXING

Dual N-Back trains working memory. Every run is kept in a history on your phone. In Dual N-Back a square lights up on a grid while you hear a letter. Press Position when the square is where it was N turns back, and Audio when the letter is the one from N turns back. Score 80 percent or more on every stream and the app suggests the next level. If your score is under 50 percent three runs in a row, it suggests one lower. You decide when to change level. N-back modes Single N-Back trains position alone. Dual N-Back is the classic pair of position and sound. Quad N-Back adds colour and shape, four answers on every trial, and its result scores each stream. Cube N-Back places the squares in a 3D cube. Seven more drills Digit Span and Corsi Blocks, forward and backward. Reaction Time, Go / No-Go and Stroop. Relational Reasoning and Serial Addition. Twelve practice games Reading Span, Operation Span, Symmetry Span, Combined Span, Memory Span, Posner, Useful Field of View, 3D Object Tracking, Spatial Rotation, Number Matrix, Mental Math and Cryptogram. Your history Each run is saved with its level, each stream's score, the pace and the time. Progress shows your records, streaks, a chart by run, the days you trained and your time per family of games. Export a JSON backup whenever you like and import it on another phone. Account Training works offline and never needs an account. To keep one history across your devices, sign in with Apple or Google in Setup. If you also train on iqmaxxing.org, use Google: the website signs in with Google, and an Apple account keeps its own history. You can disconnect, or delete the account and its data, in Setup at any time. Theory The articles from iqmaxxing.org on how to play, strategy, reading your score and what studies of training found. Settings Six paces from 2.0 to 5.0 seconds a trial. Runs of 20 to 60 trials. A sound offset for Bluetooth headphones. Light and dark themes, haptics and an optional daily reminder. Training works offline and never asks you to sign in. Your scores describe your own runs on these tasks. iqmaxxing is a training and self-measurement tool. It is not medical care, a diagnosis or an intelligence test. It is not for children under 13.
