FeedStash

The RSS feeds you follow and the things you save for later, in one app, on a server you run yourself. FeedStash is the iPhone and iPad app for your own FeedStash server. The server is free and open source, and runs as one Docker container on a home server, NAS or VPS. Your feeds, your saved pages and what you've read live there, not with us, so the app, the web app and any other device you use always agree. No account to sign up for, no ads, no tracking, and no service that can shut down and take your library with it. YOUR SERVER You need a FeedStash server to use this app. Setting one up takes one Docker command: github.com/LiftbridgeLabs/feedstash FEEDS * Follow any RSS or Atom feed, in folders, with unread counts * Swipe left and right between articles, or tap Next unread * Swipe a row to mark it read, star it or save it to your stash * Mark everything read, or only what's older than a day or a week, with undo * Pull up at the end of a folder to move on to the next one * Full articles for feeds that only send a summary * Articles and their images kept on your device, for reading offline * Optional: mark articles read as they scroll past THE STASH * Save links, notes and screenshots from any app with the share sheet * Every saved link keeps a readable copy of the page, so it's there even if the site changes or disappears * Folders, tags and smart lists * Search everything you've kept ON iPAD * Your feeds, the list and the article side by side MAKE IT YOURS * Nine color schemes that repaint the whole app, in light or dark * Compact, standard or comfortable list spacing * Text size in the reader The server gives you a web app and imports from OPML, Feedly exports and bookmark files.
