Were you right about him? The next three matches will tell. Soccer Scout Notes is a pixel-art soccer management sim where you run a scouting agency, not a club. Take transfer requests from clubs, watch league matches, size up players and recommend them in a scout report. Then the football world grades your call by how he actually plays at his new club. ■ Request → Scout → Report Clubs set the brief: position, age, a key attribute such as "Shooting 65+", and a target match rating. Each round, send your scouts to watch league matches. Pace, shooting, passing, defending and stamina are revealed as far as each scout's accuracy allows; anything still unknown shows as ??. File your report with a predicted match rating and a grade from C to S. ■ Three matches to prove it Once the club signs your player, your report is graded on his average rating over his next 3 matches for his new team. Hits raise your reputation, and hit streaks build it faster. Misses cost you, and the higher the grade you gave, the more it hurts. When your pick performs, a bonus lands on top. ■ A living football world Three fictional leagues (regional, continental and global) play every round, with live league tables and a champion crowned each season. Summer and winter transfer windows bring a rush of requests. Three rival scouting agencies bid for the same jobs, and the better your reputation, the better your odds. In season 4, a data giant raises its license fees. ■ Grow your agency Hire and train scouts. Expand your office through levels 1 to 4 for more desks, more requests and sharper accuracy. Buy public data licenses or research your own metrics: public data leads everyone to the same conclusions, so your proprietary metrics are your edge. Sign young prospects to agency contracts and earn commission every round and on every transfer. ■ Your pixel office Your scouts sit at their desks while the wall TV shows the latest match, and the office changes as your company grows. If you like soccer games and tycoon games, this is a management sim built around one skill: judging talent. ■ Before you start · 5-season campaign, 3 save slots · Playable without an internet connection · No in-app purchases · No account or login — your saves stay on your device · Korean and English · All leagues, clubs and players are fictional Privacy policy: https://soccerscoutnotes.sanglimsoft.com/privacy/ Support: https://soccerscoutnotes.sanglimsoft.com/support/
