Ruttio

Export workouts. Plan routes. Everything you need to move from workout data to usable files. Ruttio reads your Apple Health workouts, lets you build planned routes on the map, and exports your data as GPX, TCX, FIT, JSON, or Ruttio route files — all on your device. BROWSE YOUR WORKOUTS Filter Apple Health workouts by activity type and open detailed summaries with route maps and performance stats. EXPORT IN ANY FORMAT Choose GPX, TCX, FIT, or JSON depending on the target app, device, or whether the workout has GPS data. JSON export now includes GPS data. Select multiple workouts and export them together as a ZIP archive, one file per workout. SEE YOUR TRAINING TRENDS A statistics tab shows weekly and monthly overviews of session count, time, and distance. Filter by activity type and read frequency and heart-rate charts with configurable heart-rate zones. PLAN ROUTES ON A MAP Add waypoints and let them snap to nearby roads automatically — no limit on waypoints. Tap the start to close a route into a loop. Name your routes, mark favourites, swipe to delete, import GPX files, save a workout's GPS track as a planned route, and export routes back out as GPX or Ruttio JSON. INTERACTIVE ELEVATION PROFILES View the elevation profile for any activity or planned route with climb analysis. Drag your finger along the chart to scrub through the profile while a marker tracks the exact point on the map in real time. FOLLOW ROUTES, HANDS-FREE Turn-by-turn guidance for multi-point routes shows the next waypoint and remaining distance, plus off-route alerts. A Live Activity puts the current instruction and remaining distance on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets keep your routes one tap away. ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch companion mirrors active route navigation with the current instruction, distance to the next waypoint, total remaining distance, off-route alerts, and pause, resume, or stop controls — with haptic cues. SIX LANGUAGES Available in English, Swedish, German, French, Spanish, and Italian. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Ruttio requests read-only HealthKit access. Workout browsing, export generation, route planning, and temporary export files all happen locally on your device. Planned routes sync only through your own private iCloud database when available. No workout exports are uploaded to Ruttio servers, and the app uses no analytics or tracking. Your workout data never leaves your device.

Auto-sync selected Apple Health workouts to Strava—only the runs, rides, walks, and other workouts that match your rules. WorkoutPort is built for Apple Watch and Health app users who want controlled Strava uploads instead of a simple sync switch. Connect Strava once, preview matching workouts, then sync now or let eligible workouts upload automatically in the background. Strava sync: - Send long runs and rides to Strava, but skip short walks, commutes, warmups, test recordings, or private workouts. - Filter uploads by workout type, date, weekday, distance, duration, active calories, GPS route, source app, and recorded device. - Create separate Strava rules for running, cycling, walking, strength, indoor workouts, route-only workouts, and more. - Preview which Health workouts match before enabling auto-sync. - Upload selected workouts manually whenever you want. - Retry failed uploads, skip likely duplicates, review sync status, and switch or disconnect your Strava account. Why use WorkoutPort: - More control over what leaves Apple Health. - Better handling for selected past workouts and filtered batches. - Local FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV, and Markdown backups when you want portable workout files. - Clear upload status, duplicate checks, and manual fallback options. Workout details and backup: Open a workout to inspect route maps, heart rate, pace, power, cadence, elevation, energy, splits, source, device, and photos where Health provides the data. Export single workouts or filtered batches to FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV, and Markdown ZIP. Share files through Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, email, spreadsheets, and fitness platforms that accept standard workout files. Import preview: WorkoutPort can preview GPX, TCX, and FIT files before writing to Health. Health writes require explicit confirmation, duplicate checks, and clear warnings. Privacy: Health data stays on device unless you export a file, connect Strava, share a workout, or confirm a Health import. WorkoutPort does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking.
