Ork is a free AI calorie counter that learns from your body. Snap a photo of your food or describe it in your own words. Ork works out calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and 15 micronutrients in seconds. With an Apple Watch you also get your energy level, sleep and recovery in the same app. FREE, NO PAYWALL Ork is completely free. No ads, and no trial that turns into a subscription. We never sell your data. A CALORIE TARGET THAT ADAPTS Calorie formulas can be off by 10–15 percent. Ork compares your target with how your weight actually changes. It adjusts the target when the gap is bigger than your weight's normal swings, and it always tells you when it does. If you'd rather decide yourself, you can set a custom calorie target. AI FOOD LOGGING Snap your plate or type "two eggs and a cheese sandwich". Adjust portions, split recipes into servings and quickly re-log your recent meals. YOUR NUTRITION COACH Every day you get a personal analysis of how you eat. It covers protein, fiber, energy balance and the nutrients you're short on, with concrete ideas for what to eat. BLOOD TEST RESULTS Take a photo of your blood test results. Ork reads the values, shows them against their reference ranges and tracks them over time. It links them to your diet, for example iron and ferritin. ENERGY, SLEEP AND RECOVERY (APPLE WATCH) Using Apple Watch data, Ork calculates your energy level from 0 to 100 based on sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity and recovery. You see sleep stages, daily strain and long-term trends, and you get a morning report every day. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Ork saves nutrition data to Apple Health and reads your weight from your smart scale. Home Screen widgets show energy, calories and protein. Always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions or acting on information provided in the app.
Vitora

Vitora is a health and fitness tracker for iPhone that does exactly what the name promises: it computes. No cloud algorithm crunches your data, no account is required, no server ever sees your numbers. Everything happens on your phone. Four scores give you a clear picture every morning: Recovery Score Your overnight HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and sleep, measured against your own baseline instead of a generic scale. Strain Score Your training load from real workouts, calculated with Karvonen heart rate reserve zones and the Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio from sports science. Body Battery An ongoing energy index that recharges overnight and drains through the day with activity. Sleep Score Duration, quality, and consistency, read directly from your HealthKit sleep stages. The four scores add up to a single recommendation: push hard, hold steady, or rest. Every formula is transparent, there’s no black box. Logging food takes seconds: snap a photo, type a quick description, dictate it, or scan a barcode. The AI analysis runs either right on your iPhone through Apple Intelligence, or through Vitora AI, always with your consent first. The Correlation Engine goes a step further: tag your day with things like caffeine, alcohol, or late meals, and Vitora runs a Welch’s t-test to see how it actually affects the morning after. Real statistics instead of guesswork, all computed on the device. Your dashboard, your rules: cards you can freely reorder, four visual themes from clean to industrial, plus home screen widgets and Siri shortcuts for the Action Button. Milestones like your first HRV baseline or a 7-day recovery streak quietly settle into an archive. No confetti pop-ups, no streak pressure. Privacy at Vitora isn’t a clause, it’s the architecture: there’s simply no server for anything to be sent to. Your data stays in Apple Health, a local database, and your iPhone’s keychain. Vitora is completely free, every feature included, no subscription and no ads. If it helps you and you’d like to support the development, please let a review in the App Store.
