CheatDay Tracker is a gamified diet companion that helps you plan and control cheat days using a mana system. The main purpose is to simplify a really hard process with small celebrations and find a balance between them. Stay in control of your cheat days with a system of rules. Do not transform a diet break into the end of the diet. Track it and achieve your goals with a reward. Give yourself a space for life without limitation, without guilt. If you want to eat something outside of your diet, plan it! The app also supports integration with Apple Health and Calendar. It allows syncing weight data for achievements with the app and reports new weight from the app as well. The Calendar integration allows you to see planned cheat days in a comfortable way. Data privacy first. All data is stored locally, only sharing weight with Apple Health when permission is given. Also, all data can be fully deleted with the app. Need more flexibility? You can temporarily bypass scheduling restrictions for exceptional situations. Try not to use it too often to achieve good results!

SpotBite is an acne food scanner. Snap a photo of any meal and it tells you if that food is likely to cause breakouts. You get a Skin Score from 0 to 100, based on glycemic load, dairy, and inflammatory fats — the three diet factors linked to acne in published studies. Breakouts show up 3 to 5 days after the meal, so you blame the wrong foods. SpotBite remembers what you ate. Cal AI counts calories. SpotBite scans the acne side of food. Find the foods quietly triggering your acne — without giving up the ones that don't. — HOW IT WORKS — 1. Snap a photo of any meal. 2. SpotBite reads what's on the plate and scores it for your skin. 3. See a Skin Score from 0 to 100. Higher is better. Each score breaks down into three things acne reacts to: • Sugar (high-glycemic carbs that spike your insulin) • Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt — linked to acne in studies) • Inflammation (saturated fat and omega-6 imbalance) Skin-friendly foods like leafy greens, salmon, and berries add the score back. — WHY IT WORKS — One study found acne peaked 4 to 7 days after eating cocoa. Most food apps miss this delay. SpotBite tracks both directions: • Forward: today's meal → how your skin may look in 3–5 days. • Backward: today's skin → the meals that may have caused it. Over time, the 30-day pattern view shows your skin load every day, not just the days you ate badly. Foods build up. Skin remembers. — WHAT YOU GET — • Unlimited food scans, no daily cap • 0–100 Skin Score for every meal, with the three drivers shown • 30-day pattern calendar with forward forecast and trigger foods • Daily reminder and weekly summary • Private by design — your scans stay on your phone — WHO IT'S FOR — Anyone 13+ with acne-prone skin who suspects food plays a role but doesn't want to keep a food diary or guess from memory. — SUBSCRIPTION — SpotBite Pro unlocks unlimited scans and the full pattern view. • Annual: $29.99/year (with a 7-day free trial) • Monthly: $4.99/month Subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store settings. — A NOTE FROM US — SpotBite gives lifestyle insight, not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace a dermatologist. If your acne is severe or scarring, please see a dermatologist. Privacy: https://spotbite.app/privacy Terms: https://spotbite.app/terms
