About

Cheat Day Tracker

Features

CheatDay Tracker is a gamified diet companion that helps you plan and control cheat days using a mana system. The main purpose is to simplify a really hard process with small celebrations and find a balance between them. Stay in control of your cheat days with a system of rules. Do not transform a diet break into the end of the diet. Track it and achieve your goals with a reward. Give yourself a space for life without limitation, without guilt. If you want to eat something outside of your diet, plan it! The app also supports integration with Apple Health and Calendar. It allows syncing weight data for achievements with the app and reports new weight from the app as well. The Calendar integration allows you to see planned cheat days in a comfortable way. Data privacy first. All data is stored locally, only sharing weight with Apple Health when permission is given. Also, all data can be fully deleted with the app. Need more flexibility? You can temporarily bypass scheduling restrictions for exceptional situations. Try not to use it too often to achieve good results!

See exactly what happens in your body from the moment you stop. Heart, lungs, brain, skin, energy and sleep — each one calculated from how much you smoked and for how long. Not a generic timeline. Most quit-smoking apps show everyone the same chart. Reborn starts from your own history: how many a day, for how many years. Someone who smoked 30 a day for 25 years and someone who smoked 10 a day for 3 years do not have the same lungs, and should not be shown the same number. WHAT YOU GET • Six organs tracked separately, on a recovery model built from published cessation guidance • 18 health milestones, from 20 minutes to 15 years • A life tree that grows through 8 stages as your streak grows • Money saved, cigarettes not smoked and life regained, counting up in real time • 47 achievements across health, streak, time, life and legendary • Daily habits with reminders at times you choose • A journal, and sealed letters delivered to your future self WHEN THE CRAVING HITS At 2am, when you want a cigarette, you will not meet a payment screen. The SOS toolkit is free and always will be: a 90-second craving timer, four breathing exercises, concrete instructions rather than vague advice, your own reasons for quitting, and a page on what smoking is doing to you that ends in hope rather than fear. Every notification is free too. So are the journal, the letters, the tips and the breathing. PREMIUM The core of Reborn is free. Premium unlocks: • All 18 health milestones (6 free) • All 47 achievements (first 3 of every shelf free) • Unlimited daily habits (2 free) • Monthly calendars for cigarettes and habits (last 7 days free) • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • All 8 Tree of Life scenes (Night free) Three-month, yearly and lifetime plans. The renewing plans include a 3-day free trial. Cancel any time in Settings. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Turkish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic — including 300 daily messages written in each language rather than machine-translated. A NOTE ON THE NUMBERS Reborn does not give medical advice. The recovery figures are an estimate modelled on published quit-smoking guidance from bodies such as the NHS and the CDC. They are not a diagnosis and not a substitute for care. If you want medical support to stop smoking, speak to a health professional. Today can be the last day.
