Accessibility Keyboard

Accessibility Keyboard is a customizable iPhone and iPad keyboard designed for people who want a clearer, easier typing experience. Choose from accessibility-focused profiles such as Low Vision, Dyslexia Friendly, Motor Assist, Calm Focus, and Child ABC. Each profile adjusts layout, theme, key size, spacing, haptics, and typing behavior so the keyboard can better match the way you type. You can also fine-tune the keyboard manually with high-contrast themes, dark and light modes, larger keys, optional borders, alphabetical and simplified layouts, auto-capitalization, double-space periods, key popups, and delete repeat speed. The keyboard is privacy-first. Full Access is used so local profile, layout, and sizing preferences can be shared between the app and keyboard extension. Typed content is not sent to a server by this app.

Because everyone is special.. Special KB is an adaptive cognitive keyboard. It doesn't just correct spelling—it works out what you were trying to say and helps you say it. Most keyboards are designed for one kind of typist. Special KB is designed for everyone else: people with dyslexia, dysgraphia, aphasia, ADHD, autism, Parkinson's, tremors, low vision, executive function difficulties, children learning to write, and anyone typing one-handed, tired or in a hurry. ## Recover the words you meant Ordinary autocorrect only fixes typing mistakes. Special KB's **Intent Recovery Engine** understands sound and meaning. • Corrects phonetic spelling such as *nolege*, *skool* and *fizix*. • Explains homophones like *their/there/they're* before you choose. • Find forgotten words from a description, rhyme or sound. • Built-in thesaurus and dictionary with instant definitions. • AI sentence help to simplify, rewrite, soften or check tone—only when you ask. Nothing is ever changed without your approval. ## Built for accessibility Special KB can automatically configure itself after answering a few simple questions. Features include: • Extra-large keys with adjustable spacing. • Dyslexia-friendly fonts including OpenDyslexic, Atkinson Hyperlegible and Lexend. • High-contrast themes. • Letters, words and text spoken aloud. • Typing on key release for easier accuracy. • Whole-word delete and accidental double-tap filtering. • Saved phrases and large communication buttons for common messages. • PIN protection for settings. ## Privacy first Everything you type stays on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics and no collection of your keystrokes. AI features only process text you explicitly choose to send, and it is never used for training. ## Subscription One subscription unlocks every feature—no tiers, no add-ons. A free 3-day trial lets you fully set up and use the keyboard before deciding. Without a subscription, Special KB continues to work as a standard keyboard, and all of your settings are preserved. Because everyone is special.
