Forma vs Buw

Forma is a discipline app built for people who keep starting over. Not another to-do list. Not another habit tracker. Forma gives you a system — morning structure, missions broken into sprints, and wake training that gradually pulls your alarm earlier until early feels normal. How Forma works: Set your mission and break it into sprints Your morning shows you exactly what to do today You execute. You check it off. You move forward. What you get: Wake Training — shift your alarm 15 min earlier each day, automatically Mission Board — your goal as a path, sprint by sprint Today's Anchor — one task that must get done Morning routines structured around your energy zones Who it's for: People who start strong and fade Chronic procrastinators ready to change Anyone who needs a system, not just motivation Forma doesn't motivate you. It structures you. Show up. Execute. Finish. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Meet Buw — a scruffy little bird that lives on your iPhone and actually cares whether you focus. Start a session and Buw settles in to work alongside you. Finish it, and Buw glows up into a brand-new form you collect — swan, raven, peacock, owl, phoenix. Bail out early… and Buw gets roasted. It's the ugly-duckling arc, on a timer: gentle stakes that make you want to show up. FOCUS YOUR WAY • Pomodoro timer with short and long breaks • Flowtime — no countdown, just focus for as long as you're in the zone • Optional auto-start for breaks and the next session • Tag your sessions (Study, Code, Read) to see where your hours go ALWAYS A GLANCE AWAY • Lock Screen Live Activity shows your timer counting down • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your timer, today's focus, and your streak • Buw reacts to everything — focusing, pausing, finishing, taking a break, bailing • Optional forest birdsong while you focus COLLECT THE LOOKS • Three things to collect: how Buw looks while you focus, the transformation you earn, and the roast you get when you quit • Every one is unlocked through real focus — long sessions, streaks, late nights, comebacks • No shop, no currency, no grind — just the hours you put in • Pin your favorites, or let each session surprise you SEE YOUR PROGRESS • A focus heatmap, daily and weekly trends, and a breakdown by tag • A session-by-session timeline you can reflect on and annotate PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything runs on your device — no analytics, no tracking, no accounts • Syncs across your iPhone and Mac through your own iCloud Buw Pro unlocks the full collection plus complete stats and timeline. The core timer, breaks, Flowtime, ambient sound, and tags are always free. Focus, or get roasted. Your move. Terms of Use (EULA): https://buw.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://buw.app/privacy
