eSurgibook is the modern surgical logbook — a private, offline-first record of every operation, conference, audit, publication, and training in your career, with one-tap PDF exports for revalidation and appraisal. Built for surgeons, postgraduate students, and the mentors who verify their work. Capture entries in theatre with no connectivity. Sync them home when you're back online. Read them years later as the long chapters of your practice. WHAT'S INSIDE • OPERATIONS — A three-chapter form (patient · procedure · reflections). Patient identifiers stay as initials only, and your optional hospital ID stays on-device. Pick from a curated list of surgical operation names or add your own. Attach pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative photos with one tap. Record the surgical team, anaesthesia, complications, and learning points. • CPD ACTIVITIES — Conferences, audits, publications, and trainings, each with their own editorial form. Track CPD points, awards, the verification trail, learning points, and certificates — everything you'll need at revalidation or appraisal. • MENTOR VERIFICATION — Send a mentorship request to a senior. Mentors review your entries, leave structured comments, and attest with their name and the timestamp. Every verification is dated, signed, and irrevocable — a built-in audit trail that holds up at any college submission. • MAGAZINE LAYOUT — Your logbook reads like an editorial publication. Entries group into month chapters with a serif chapter heading and day-column numerals so the timeline of your work is visible at a glance. No spreadsheet feel. No corporate stiffness. • OFFLINE-FIRST SYNC — Capture entries with no connectivity. Theatre Wi-Fi never works anyway. eSurgibook stores everything locally first and syncs in the background when you're connected. • FACE ID, TOUCH ID, PASSKEYS — Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID on iPhone. Your password is never stored on the device. The refresh token lives in the Keychain under biometric-protected ACL, so even a stolen unlocked phone won't surrender your logbook. Contact us at vijendraingle@icloud.com. Built by surgeons, for surgeons. • PORTFOLIO PDFS — Generate a one-tap PDF of every operation, every CPD activity, every verified entry — formatted for college submission, appraisal panel, or job application. Customize the date range and email it directly from the app. WHO IT'S FOR • PRACTICING SURGEONS — Track everything in one place. Verified by peers. Exported when you need it. Replace the spiral notebook and the cluttered cloud folder. • POSTGRADUATE TRAINEES — Build the case log your programme requires. Share it with your designated mentor for sign-off. Show progress to your training director without exporting and re-formatting. • SURGICAL MENTORS — Review your students' work. Leave structured feedback. Attest with your name. Watch the cohort you supervise build their portfolios in real time. PRIVACY eSurgibook stores no patient names. CFR Obs Sim

Description Patient Obs Simulator is a realistic patient observation training tool designed for tutors running CFR clinical simulation sessions. Select from 14 clinical scenarios and watch a patient's vital signs change in real time, from a stable starting presentation through to deterioration or improvement. The trainee CFR practises taking observations, identifies clinical concern using NEWS2 scoring, and develops the habit of systematic assessment under realistic time pressure. Designed for tutors The simulator runs in tutor view: patient history, clinical cues, and trend information are visible only to the person running the session. Reveal details only when the trainee asks, replicating real pre-hospital history-taking. A built-in help guide walks new tutors through every feature. 14 clinical scenarios Asthma · Sepsis · Hypoglycaemia · Hyperglycaemia · Overdose · COPD · Hyperventilation · Angina · Myocardial Infarction · Cardiac Arrest · Anaphylaxis · Stroke · Head Injury · Pulmonary Embolus Each scenario includes a unique patient: name, age, gender, past medical history, medications, last oral intake, and events leading up to the call and three vital sign snapshots: starting, deterioration, and improvement. Real-time NEWS2 scoring Vital signs are automatically scored using the national NEWS2 early warning system. The total score, RAG status, and per-parameter breakdown update in real time as the scenario progresses. COPD scenarios use NEWS2 SpO₂ Scale 2 automatically. Observation tracking Six vital parameters — heart rate, respiratory rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, ACVPU consciousness level, and blood glucose — each have a Take button the trainee activates when they assess that parameter. Once all six are taken, the set can be logged with a timestamp and NEWS2 score for post-session debrief. Controls built for teaching Deteriorate / Hold / Improve trend selector Speed control (×1 to ×5) Jump directly to deterioration or improvement endpoints Observation log with full vital set history Patient information sheet for reference during the session Suitable for: First responders · Clinical skills tutors · Simulation educators Designed for teaching simulation only. Not validated for use in real patient care or clinical decision-making.
