Ten minutes of focused math a day — matched to your kid's grade and, more importantly, to what they actually struggle with. Numbat Math is a tutor in your kid's pocket. Each day they get a short, adaptive set of practice questions. When they get something wrong, our AI tutor doesn't hand them the answer — it asks the right question to nudge them toward figuring it out. (The same way the best classroom teachers do.) Built for grades 3, 4, and 5. Built by parents, for parents. WHAT YOUR KID GETS • A short daily practice session that fits into any routine. • 450+ human-verified questions across arithmetic, fractions, decimals, geometry, measurement, and word problems. • An AI tutor that explains every wrong answer in language they understand. • Streaks, XP, and badges that make showing up feel rewarding. • Difficulty that adapts — easy at first to build confidence, then ramps up as they're ready. WHAT YOU GET • A parent dashboard with the weekly numbers that matter: time on task, accuracy by topic, which skills need attention. • An optional weekly email summary delivered every Monday. • Real account controls: pause, change plan, or delete the account permanently from inside the app. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Most "math apps" either lean on AI to generate questions on the fly (great until the AI hallucinates a wrong answer and grades your kid on it) or pile on rewards while papering over weak skills. Numbat Math takes the opposite approach: every question is human-verified before it ever reaches a kid, and the adaptive engine actively over-practices the topics your kid is weakest in — because that's where learning actually happens. PRICING • Monthly — $9.99/month (first month $4.99 for new subscribers). • Annual — $74.99/year, includes a 3-day free trial. Cancel anytime from your Apple subscriptions page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. PRIVACY Your kid's name never leaves the device. Practice data is stored in our backend so the parent dashboard works, but it's never shared with third parties and never used to train anyone's AI model. Same English translation does not always mean the same Korean word. Better Korean Dictionary helps learners see which word fits through contextual explanations, related-word comparisons, and Hanja roots. COMPARE SIMILAR KOREAN WORDS Selected entries explain how related words overlap and where their usage differs. Contextual notes are prepared before release and are not generated from your searches. FOLLOW HANJA ROOTS See the Chinese-character roots behind Korean vocabulary. Tap a Hanja character to browse other words that contain it and build connected word families. SEARCH THREE WAYS Search by Korean, English, or Hanja. Browse words and Hanja by frequency to focus on useful vocabulary. LOOK UP WORDS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Dictionary content is bundled with the app, so lookup does not require a network connection. Searches and recent-search history stay on your device. REMOVE ADS ONCE The free version may show a non-personalized banner ad after any privacy choices required in your region. An optional one-time purchase removes ads after the entitlement is recognized. There is no subscription. Dictionary entries come from the National Institute of Korean Language's Korean-English Learner's Dictionary. Hanja data also uses Unicode Unihan and libhangul sources. AI-assisted contextual notes are available for selected entries and may contain mistakes; corrections are welcome through the support page.
