ForMyGluco

Your diabetes and blood sugar tracker. All features are free for your first 30 days: everything unlocks when you create your account, and no payment is taken. ForMyGluco is a clean, quiet diabetes logbook that brings your glucose readings, meals, insulin and medications, doctor appointments, blood pressure, weight and water intake together in one place. No cluttered screens, no guilt-tripping charts — just gentle summaries that help you see where you stand. ForMyGluco does not measure your blood sugar itself. You take the reading with your own device — a glucometer or sensor — and the app turns the values you enter into an estimated HbA1c, your time in range and longer-term trends. HIGHLIGHTS • Estimated HbA1c (eA1c) computed from your last 90 days — always on your home screen, always labeled as an estimate • Meal and carb tracking — pick from a catalog of 1,228 foods or scan a barcode; carbs, calories and macros are calculated, and your glucose 2 hours after the meal appears right next to it (Pro Max) • Doctor appointments — save the hospital, department, doctor and time; reminders are set automatically and past visits are archived (Pro) • Get ready for your doctor — before a visit, your average glucose, estimated HbA1c and time in target range since your last visit, with that period's PDF report, on one screen; afterwards, plan the follow-up in one tap (Pro) • Doctor-ready PDF report — a 90-day summary, one tap before your appointment • Appointment list PDF — past and upcoming visits in a tidy table (Pro) • Fast glucose logging — a few taps from the home screen, with contexts like fasting, after meal or night • Glucose from Apple Health — if your sensor or meter app writes readings to Apple Health, ForMyGluco picks them up automatically; they stay on your device, and the app gives no alerts or alarms (Pro Max) • Time in Range (TIR), variability and trend charts • Your insulin pens — pick the pens you use once; the right pen is preselected by time of day when you log • Rich medication catalog — common diabetes medications worldwide, suggested as you type • Weight and blood pressure tracking — dated charts, trends and the target your doctor gave you; water and lab results too • Post-insulin bridge reminder — nudges you to measure 2 hours later • Weekly summary notification with neutral stats only • Check-up tracking — HbA1c test, eye exam, foot exam and dental check-up, with reminders one week and one day ahead • Excel export — all your records in one file • Available in 12 languages • Your data lives on your device first, with encrypted backup to EU servers — works offline PLANS When the 30 days end, your records stay yours: you can still view, edit and export them to PDF or Excel, free of charge. To keep adding new entries, pick a plan. • Basic — everything except doctor appointments, meal tracking and Apple Health import • Pro — Basic plus doctor appointments • Pro Max — everything, meal and carb tracking and Apple Health import included Choose monthly or yearly. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account, renew automatically and can be canceled at any time. IMPORTANT ForMyGluco is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or give dosing advice. Estimated HbA1c is for information only and does not replace laboratory results. Always make treatment decisions together with your doctor.
