Did today move you forward? Moment is a dead-simple daily check-in app. One question. One tap. A calm monthly view of how your days are actually going. No streaks. No badges. No guilt. Just progress you can see. HOW IT WORKS - Check in once a day with a single honest question - Mark the day as Gained momentum, Held steady, or Paused - Watch your month fill in on a clean calendar grid - Swipe through past months to spot patterns over time BUILT FOR REAL LIFE Most habit apps push streaks and shame you when you miss a day. Moment takes a different approach: progress over pressure. Paused days are part of the story, not a failure. CREATE BOARDS FOR WHAT MATTERS Track different areas of life with separate boards fitness, work, creativity, or anything you want to move forward. Each board has its own monthly view. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your boards, check-ins, and settings stay on your device. No account. No sign-up. No data sent to a server. GENTLE DAILY REMINDERS Set a reminder time that works for you and get a nudge to check in only if you want it. Moment helps you focus on today and let the month tell the story.
