Ayan

Ayan stops unsolicited real-estate, marketing, and business spam calls before your phone rings. Built specifically for UAE property owners. Operated by Yazdan Properties. HOW IT WORKS ⢠A curated database of super-huge known spam callers is downloaded to your phone the first time you sign in. ⢠Apple's Call Blocking & Identification system uses this list to silently reject calls ā they never ring, they never appear in your notifications. ⢠Identified spam calls show "Ayan: Spam Caller" in your Recents, so you can see what was blocked. ⢠The list updates automatically as new spam numbers are reported. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN ⢠No call audio, no SMS content, no contacts list, no GPS, no payments ā Ayan never touches any of it. ⢠Your data stays under your control. In-app one-tap export. In-app one-tap account deletion. ⢠We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Ever. ⢠UAE PDPL aligned. COMMUNITY-VERIFIED BLOCKING Anyone in the Ayan community can report a number they believe is sending spam. Reports are reviewed against a community threshold ā no single user can add a number unilaterally, so the list stays clean and accurate. YOUR PERSONAL WHITELIST Numbers you trust always get through, regardless of what's on the global blocklist. Family, friends, and legitimate business contacts won't be silenced. BUILT-IN UAE MORTGAGE CALCULATOR Bonus: Ayan includes a mortgage calculator powered by Yazdan's property expertise. Quickly estimate monthly payments, total interest, and amortization schedules ā handy when you're deciding whether to buy. REQUIREMENTS ⢠iPhone running iOS 15 or later ⢠To activate: Settings ā Phone ā Call Blocking & Identification ā toggle "Ayan" ON. The app walks you through this on first launch. ABOUT YAZDAN PROPERTIES Ayan is operated by Yazdan Properties, a UAE-based real-estate company. We built Ayan because we kept hearing the same complaint from property owners: "I get 10ā20 unsolicited agent calls a day." Ayan is our answer ā built by people who understand the problem first-hand. Halo

"It sounds like them" is no longer proof. Three seconds of audio is enough to clone a voice, and imposter scams are the most-reported fraud in America. Halo gives you a ten-second way to find out who is really on the line. WHEN A CALL FEELS OFF, HALO THEM Open Halo, glance at Face ID, and text a safety word to the number you already trust. If it's really them, the text lands on their phone, they read the two words back, and it matches your screen. If it's a scammer spoofing their caller ID, the text goes to the real person instead. The caller can't say the word. You hang up. HOW IT WORKS ⢠Halo notices you're on a live call ⢠Face ID confirms it's you asking, and signs the check with a key that never leaves your iPhone ⢠You text the link from your own Messages, to their real number ⢠Their screen and yours show the same two-word safety word. They read it back to you ⢠If they have Halo too, their Face ID lights up on your screen THE PERSON YOU'RE CHECKING NEEDS NOTHING No app, no account, no setup on their end. Any phone that can receive a text and open a link can pass the check. BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE SCAMMERS CALL ⢠Parents and grandparents who get the "I'm in trouble, send money" call ⢠Anyone whose job involves a voice asking to move money: finance teams, assistants, advisors, IT support ⢠Families who want one simple rule: "Halo me first" PRIVACY IS THE ARCHITECTURE ⢠No call records, ever. Halo never knows who you called or for how long ⢠No contacts permission. The text goes from your own Messages, so the other person's number never touches our servers ⢠No send history, anywhere ⢠The backend stores only your name, your public key, and a hash of your number. Delete it any time REAL CRYPTOGRAPHY UNDERNEATH Every check is a fresh, short-lived signature from a key locked inside your iPhone's security chip, unlockable only with Face ID. The safety word is derived from that signature, so a fake link can never show the right words. Stale, tampered, or forged links show a warning instead. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Ayan at none against Halo's 2. Ayan also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Halo's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
