When your head is full, it can be hard to know what belongs in front of you and what can wait. KUU is a quiet voice-first app for brain dumps, overthinking, scattered ideas, and the small worries you do not want to keep carrying. You can speak what is on your mind. It does not need to be organized. KUU turns what you said into text and gently separates it four ways: Now / Later / Park / Let go. The point is not to do more. It is to make a little room in your head. ■ When to use it - Before bed, when your mind starts running. - When the same thought keeps looping. - When task managers have started to feel heavy. - When you want to be heard, but do not want to send it to anyone. - When talking out loud helps you understand what you mean. - When an idea appears before it has a shape. - When you do not want to forget something, but it is not ready to act on. - When voice feels easier than typing. - When your hands are busy: driving, cooking, getting ready, or moving through the day. ■ The 4 ways Now — Something that may feel lighter if you look at it soon. Later — Something to return to at another time. Park — An idea, feeling, or question that does not need an answer yet. Let go — A worry or thought you may not need to keep holding. These are not priorities or scores. They are quiet ways to hold what you said. ■ How KUU is different - Unlike a notes app, KUU starts with speaking, not writing. - Unlike a task manager, KUU does not turn every thought into something to do. - Unlike an AI chat, KUU does not give long advice or add more things to think about. KUU receives what you said and separates it into smaller, easier pieces. ■ What you can do - Speak naturally, even when your thoughts are all mixed up. - See your words as text. - See only what needs your attention now. - Keep later thoughts, parked ideas, and things to let go in their own places. - Revisit what you have said when you want to. ■ Voice and data - Raw audio is not kept. - What you said is saved as text so you can look back later. - Sorting uses AI. Only your words as text are sent, and nothing is kept. - Your saved text syncs only to your private iCloud. - Other people, and the app developer, cannot read it. ■ On your Mac KUU waits quietly in the menu bar. You can speak without opening a window, and it carries all the way through to Now / Later / Park / Let go. What you said before is always a glance away. KUU is not here to add more thoughts. It is here for the space between: “I do not need to solve this right away” and “I do not want to keep holding it in my head.” — Speaking makes room in your mind. See your calendar, tasks and reminders the moment you lift your phone — no unlocking, no tapping. CapLock turns your lock screen wallpaper into a live, beautiful overview of your day. WHY CAPLOCK Widgets are small and need a tap. CapLock paints your schedule directly onto the wallpaper, so the whole picture is there at a glance: today's events, this week, your to-dos, and little reminders from the people you care about. WHAT YOU CAN PUT ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN • Today's agenda – upcoming events with times, colored by calendar • Week strip – seven days with event titles, a time grid, or a weekly list • Month grid – the whole month with event chips in every day • To-do list – the things you actually need to get done • Reminders – set by you, with a time, an icon and a repeat rule • Reminders from friends – friends can place a note on your lock screen, and you on theirs WORKS WITH EVERY CALENDAR CapLock reads the calendars already on your iPhone: iCloud, Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365 (including Teams meetings), Exchange, Lark, and any subscribed calendar. Pick exactly which calendars appear. MAKE IT YOURS • 11 block styles: transparent, frosted glass, paper notes, grid paper, pastel, iOS-style widget cards and more • Handwritten font, custom sizes and weights, per block • Drag every block anywhere on the wallpaper • Layout templates for a minimal, today, weekly or monthly look • Use your own photo or a built-in gradient background • Automatic light or dark text based on your photo ALWAYS UP TO DATE A one-time Shortcuts automation refreshes the wallpaper on a schedule, so the lock screen keeps up with your calendar even when the app is closed. FRIENDS ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Sign in with Apple, choose a handle, add a friend by their handle. Reminders you send appear on their lock screen; theirs appear on yours. Only accepted friends can reach you, and there is no public search. PRIVACY FIRST Your calendar never leaves your device — the wallpaper is rendered on your iPhone. Only the to-dos and reminders you choose to share with friends are stored on our servers. CAPLOCK PRO Unlock every template and style, unlimited friends and more with a yearly or lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
