About

Ironpad

Ironpad is a diary you fill in by hand: training, food and weight. No subscription, no ads, no sign-up. WORKOUTS Your own programs: exercises, sets, weight × reps. A live workout screen with a rest timer and what you did last time. An exercise library you can add your own moves to. FOOD Meals for the day, calories and protein, fat and carbs. Your own goals instead of averaged ones. BODY Weight charted by day, week and month. Measurements you name yourself — chest, waist, hips, whatever you like. DAY A week strip and a day card: what is planned and what is already written down. A workout plan for any date. DATA Kept on your device and synced through your own iCloud. The app has no server, so there is nothing to collect and nowhere to send it. Russian and English, dark theme. The app keeps records and does the arithmetic; it gives no medical advice.
