LastScroll Screen Time Control

Last Scroll is for the moment a quick check turns into scroll debt. It does not try to judge all screen time. It focuses on the part you regret: the minutes after you cross your own line. Pick the apps that pull you in. Create Scroll Traps for the moments where you usually lose control — bed rot, lunch holes, work escapes, morning checks, or any custom window. Set your line. Last Scroll tracks what happens after it. If warnings are too easy to ignore, Hard Mode can hold the boundary by restricting selected traps after you cross the line. WHY LAST SCROLL EXISTS A quick check is not the problem. The problem is when five minutes becomes forty. The problem is when “just Reddit” becomes the hour you wanted back. The problem is the part after your line. Last Scroll gives that part a name: Scroll Debt. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Choose apps and categories with Apple’s Screen Time picker • Create Scroll Traps for different danger windows • Set your personal line, such as 10, 15, or 20 minutes • Get warned when selected usage crosses your line • See today’s Scroll Debt • Review your 30-day pattern in Report • Use Hard Mode to restrict selected traps after crossing your line • Create multiple traps with Last Scroll Pro SCROLL TRAPS Bed Rot For late-night scrolling before sleep. Lunch Hole For the quick break that becomes the afternoon tax. Morning Trap For the first scroll after waking up, while the day is still yours. Work Escape For the focus escape hatch during work time. Custom Trap Draw your own line. LAST SCROLL PRO Upgrade to Last Scroll Pro to unlock: • Hard Mode • Multiple Scroll Traps • Longer Scroll Debt history • More ways to hold your line when warnings are too easy to ignore PRIVATE BY DESIGN Last Scroll uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs so you can choose apps and categories through the system picker. Last Scroll does not require an account. Your selected app names are not sent to analytics. IMPORTANT Last Scroll is a digital wellbeing tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose addiction, or measure sleep. Scroll Debt values are based on your selected apps, trap windows, thresholds, and recorded activity. It's past midnight. You meant to sleep an hour ago, but one more video turned into twenty. Bedline puts the apps that keep you up to bed. Choose your bedtime and the apps you lose your nights to, and Bedline pauses them with Apple's Screen Time until you wake up. No willpower needed. WHY BEDLINE • Stop late-night scrolling: social, video and games go quiet on schedule, every night, automatically. • Get your evenings back: protect the hour before bed that screens usually take. • Set up in 2 minutes: pick a bedtime, pick the apps, done. Your first calm night starts tonight. • Stay in control: need your phone? Hold to confirm an emergency unlock that lasts 30 to 120 minutes, as you choose. Your apps rest again on their own, and your first unlock of a night never costs you the night. • Works alongside the sleep and meditation apps you already use. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set when your Bedline starts and when you wake up, with different weekend hours if you like, or take the times Bedline suggests from your Apple Health sleep. 2. Choose the apps, categories and websites that keep you up. Tick a whole category, like Social, to pause every app in it. 3. At bedtime, Screen Time pauses them until morning. Change or switch off tonight only, without touching your routine. FEATURES • Apple Health: every night you keep is saved to Health as In Bed time, after you confirm you were in bed. Bedline also suggests a Bedline from when you really fall asleep, and shows your sleep beside your nights. • Tonight: a countdown to your Bedline and your wake-up, plus a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and a Home Screen widget. • Progress: one star lights for every night you keep, and your week becomes a small constellation. Earlier weeks and months stay in Your sky. A night counts only when Bedline can confirm your apps stayed paused. Share your week as a card. • No shaming: a missed night is simply a star that stays dark. Tomorrow is a fresh start. • Gentle reminders: an optional wind-down nudge before your Bedline starts, and a morning check-in. • A cozy companion: a parrot, cat, dog or hamster sleeps on your Tonight screen, and stays up scrolling if you do. • Private by design: no account and no ads. Apple never tells Bedline which apps you chose, and your schedule and nights stay on your iPhone. PLANS AND FREE TRIAL Bedline Premium unlocks pausing your apps. Choose Weekly, Monthly or Yearly (auto-renewable subscriptions), or Lifetime (a one-time purchase). Yearly includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, and with notifications on, Bedline reminds you 2 days before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. GOOD TO KNOW Bedline needs Screen Time permission to pause apps and runs on iOS 18 or later. Bedline is a tool for building a phone-down routine; it is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat sleep conditions.
