About

Pulse Tap BPM

Pulse is a focused, no-fuss manual tap-tempo heart rate meter for athletes, trainers, and anyone curious about their cardio numbers — no chest strap, no watch, no account. Just tap a big heart in time with your pulse. Pulse reads the median of your taps, ignores outliers, and instantly tells you the BPM plus your current training zone. KEY FEATURES • Big-button tap pad with springy haptic-style animation • Sample-clean BPM calculation using a 6-tap median window • Six standard training zones: Rest, Recovery, Aerobic, Threshold, Anaerobic, Max • Personal Max HR computed from your age (220 āˆ’ age) • Reading log with mood tagging (Rest, Exercise, Cooldown, Anxious) and a free-form note • Mini chart of your last 30 readings on the Log tab • Zones tab shows BPM range, color, and training advice for each zone • Live zone highlight on the Zones tab as your current BPM falls into a band • Clean dark interface tuned for gym lighting and outdoor sun PRIVACY FIRST No tracking. No accounts. No network. No HealthKit. Your readings stay on your device — clearing the app removes them. DESIGNED FOR REAL USE Whether you are checking your resting rate after waking, dialing in an aerobic warm-up, or seeing how fast you can recover after intervals, Pulse stays out of the way and just gives you a number you can trust. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Pulse is a personal wellness tool for general reference only. It is not a heart-rate monitor and does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about heart-rate or cardiovascular concerns.

About

SteadyPulse Placebo

Features

Find a rhythm that feels right. SteadyPulse Placebo plays a warm, lifelike lub-dub heartbeat at the pace you choose. Set any tempo from 40 to 150 BPM for focus, relaxation, pacing, or simply a sound you enjoy. This isn't a metronome click. Each tempo has its own prepared heartbeat loop, giving every beat a consistent, natural rhythm. Play it through your headphones, keep it going with your screen locked, or use the steady sound with a compatible body-worn haptic wearable. MAKE IT YOURS • Choose a pace from 40 to 150 BPM • Adjust the tempo while the sound plays • Add optional gentle rhythm variation • Choose your audio output with the iOS system picker FOLLOW YOUR HEART RATE, IF YOU WANT TO Start a Heart-Rate Workout to see live readings from a compatible sensor connected to your device, including Polar H10 or AirPods Pro 3. View a rolling heart-rate trend, adjustable zones, your session maximum, and time in each zone. Turn on Follow live heart rate to let the heartbeat audio respond to your measured pace. The workout feature uses Apple Health and requires a compatible sensor and your permission. Manual playback works without either. Completed workouts are saved to Apple Health; your health data is not sent to us. EVERYTHING IS UNLOCKED SteadyPulse Placebo is free to use. Optional tips support development but unlock nothing. The sound can also work with haptic wearables such as the Woojer Strap 4. SteadyPulse Placebo is not affiliated with Woojer; Woojer and Strap 4 are trademarks of their respective owners. No health claims. Maybe it's just a nice placebo. Enjoy it anyway. SteadyPulse Placebo is for sound and wellness, not medical use. It does not diagnose, monitor, or treat any condition.
