FocusVoyage vs Trance

School season is here—and if your brain fights focus the second you sit down, you're not alone. FocusVoyage is built for students who get distracted easily, procrastinate on homework, and need more than a plain timer to stay on track. Think Pomodoro structure + visual stimulation + gentle accountability. Less guilt. More done. BUILT FOR ADHD-FRIENDLY STUDY SESSIONS • Short Sprint mode (15 min) when a full hour feels impossible • Deep Work mode (50 min) when you're finally in the zone • One task at a time—pick what you're finishing before you start • Immersive destination videos give your brain something calming to latch onto • Ambient sounds (rain, ocean, forest, coffee shop) help mask noise and racing thoughts • Custom App Allow List (Plus)—block TikTok, games & distracting apps during active focus only • Gentle reminders when focus or break ends—no nagging, no shame • Pause anytime. Resume when you're ready. WHY IT HELPS WHEN FOCUS IS HARD • Body-doubling vibes: looping study scenes make your desk feel less empty • Clear start/stop: one button to begin, timer visible the whole session • Task notepad on home—brain dump before you forget • Rest timer built in so breaks are planned, not endless scrolling • Background-safe timer stays accurate if you switch apps briefly FOCUS IN A WORLD THAT MATCHES YOUR MOOD • Home — your comfort zone • Bali — island focus flow • Paris — café study vibes • Astana — city view focus • Maldives — ocean breeze focus • Istanbul — historic city energy • Hong Kong — neon night focus • New York — urban hustle focus PERFECT FOR • Students with ADHD or attention struggles • Homework sprints & exam cramming • "I'll start in 5 minutes" → actually starting now • Phone addiction during study blocks • Remote learners who need structure + stimulation • Anyone who works best in short bursts with breaks FOCUSVOYAGE PLUS • All 7 premium destinations unlocked • Custom App Allow List—Screen Time blocks your chosen apps only during focus • Focus statistics—see patterns in when & where you study best • Ad-free experience Free to start: Home destination, full timer, tasks, and ambient sounds. Set how long you want to focus, press start — and your own galaxy awakens on screen. Finish your session and a new star is born, glowing along a spiral arm. This simple rule turns "putting your phone down" into a joy. With Trance, focus isn't something you endure — it's the joy of growing your own galaxy. And it's completely free — with no ads. ■ How it works · Pick a focus length — preset buttons, or turn the ring minute by minute (1–180 min) · Your galaxy lives and turns while you focus · Finish, and a new star is born ■ Features · A living galaxy — luminous line-art drawn in light, a gently turning spiral · One evolving galaxy — every session adds stars and constellations to a shape that's yours alone · Star color & size — shaped by when and how long you focused · Weekly constellations — reach your weekly goal to connect that week's stars into a named figure · Constellation collection — revisit completed constellations and include them in your galaxy poster · 16 focus soundscapes — from real Mars wind recorded by NASA's Perseverance rover to rain, thunder, forest, waves, campfire, café and a singing bowl · Free poster — save and share your galaxy as a single image · Focus stats & insights — streaks, completion rate, a "night sky" activity map · Evolving galaxy shapes — spiral → barred → elliptical → ringed → irregular as you grow · 5 galaxy themes — Cyan / Rose / Emerald / Abyss / Aurora nebulae · Home & lock-screen widgets, plus a lock-screen timer (Live Activity) · No ads · no account — your focus history stays on-device (non-linked product analytics only) Start focusing — the most beautiful way.
