Train Ultra is a private AI coach for endurance athletes: runners, trail and ultramarathon racers, and cyclists. It reads your training, remembers the context, and is always available to talk through what matters next. Bring in the workouts you already record. Train Ultra turns them into a continuous coaching relationship: a useful read after every session, an honest conversation about what it means, and a plan you can carry into the next workout. START WITH WHAT MATTERS TODAY Home opens on your day: today's workout and your coach's read of it, then anything your coach needs from you. See your week at a glance and where your goal, your training, and your body stand, and open any of them for more detail. EVERY WORKOUT GETS A REAL READ Your coach looks beyond pace and distance. Evaluations consider effort, structure, recent load, recovery, active goals, planned work, and the feedback you gave after the session. Tell the coach how it felt, report pain or a concern, and that context stays with your training. TALK IT THROUGH Ask why a workout felt hard, how this week compares with last year, whether to adjust tomorrow, or what your recovery signals mean. Share a photo, a PDF, or a race file and ask what it shows. Train Ultra can reach into your actual history instead of answering from a generic profile, and its memory makes the next conversation more useful than the first. PLAN BESIDE WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DID The training Calendar keeps planned workouts, completed activities, wellness, and race days on one timeline. Build a workout yourself or talk it through with your coach. Structured run and ride workouts can be sent to supported Garmin watches or downloaded as .fit and .zwo files. When the work is done, link plan and actual so the evaluation can judge the session against its purpose. MAPS AND RACE PREPARATION (BETA) See every run and ride on a map beside its charts. Train Ultra builds a Route Library from your activities, so the routes you repeat are easy to find. Add a race course to a goal to see its climbs, aid stations, and demands, and your coach compares them with your own training so you know what to practice. ONE COACH, ALL YOUR TRAINING SIGNALS • Activities from Garmin, COROS, or Apple Health • Sleep and recovery from Garmin, Oura, or Apple Health • Goals, race courses, and weekly training summaries • Photos, documents, and race files you share with your coach • Automatic activity titles and optional evaluation posting for linked Strava activities PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your training is used to coach you. Train Ultra does not sell your data or use it to train AI models. Provider access can be disconnected, and your account can be deleted, at any time. FREE AND PRO Start with a 14-day trial of the full coach. No credit card required. Free keeps connected workouts, automatic evaluations, wellness context, activity titles, activity maps, and your Route Library with route search, imports, and comparisons. Pro adds unlimited coach conversations with full memory, goal-aware coaching and race course preparation, weekly summaries, planning tools, and Places. Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Train Ultra provides training guidance, not medical advice. Loopwell
Read full descriptionHide full description
Loopwell is an interval timer that tells you what to do next, so you can stop watching the clock and get on with the work. Pick a preset or build your own: work, rest, rounds, warm up, cool down. Press start and Loopwell takes over — a big countdown you can read across the room, a distinct tone for every kind of step, and each step announced out loud. Put the phone face down. The cues keep going with the screen off. BUILD ANY INTERVAL PATTERN • Steps of any length, in any order, named however you like • Repeat the whole set up to 99 rounds, with optional rest between rounds • Get-ready countdown, warm up and cool down around the main set • Six presets to start from: Tabata, HIIT 40/20, EMOM, Focus 25/5, Run/Walk and a stretch flow • Duplicate any preset and reshape it into your own WHILE IT RUNS • One enormous countdown, colour-coded by step type • A progress ring for the current step and time left in the whole session • "Up next" so you always know what is coming • Pause, resume, skip forward, restart the step • Spoken step names and round numbers, plus a tick for the last three seconds • Cues duck your music instead of stopping it AFTERWARDS • Every finished session is logged with how long you actually spent • Sessions stopped early are recorded honestly, not rounded up • Weekly totals and a day streak MADE FOR ANY KIND OF INTERVAL Circuit training and Tabata. Running and walking. Stretching and mobility. Focus blocks and study sprints. Anything that repeats on a clock. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Loopwell has no sign-up, no login and no cloud. It contains no networking code at all, so nothing can leave your device. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind. Your timers and history live in a single file on this iPhone. BUILT FOR IOS Dark mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels and haptics throughout. Every tone is generated on device and step names are spoken by the system voice — the app bundles no audio files and no third-party content. Loopwell is a timing tool. It does not measure your heart rate, count repetitions, or give medical, fitness or health advice. Train sensibly and stop if something hurts.
