MANstrual vs lilCycles

MANstrual turns her cycle into daily weather, so he knows how to show up. For her: - Enter period dates or optionally connect Apple Health or a supported wearable through Junction. - See your forecast, today's advice and honest confidence when information is limited. - Keep a Comfort Kit of the things that help, and choose what your partner can see. - Control pairing, sharing and wearable connections. Pause sharing, remove a partner, disconnect or delete your account from Settings. For him: - See her shared forecast as weather, with practical ways to support her. - Learn about the cycle in Intel and find the things she wants in her Comfort Kit. - Get a heads-up before phase changes. MANstrual Plus: One annual subscription covers you and your current paired partner. The US price is $19.99 per year, with localized prices shown in the app. Eligible Apple Accounts receive a one-month introductory free trial when they subscribe. The subscription automatically renews at the annual price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Restore purchases from MANstrual Settings. Optional physical Comfort Kit deliveries are paid per order. Private by design: Her controls what is shared. Her partner sees derived forecasts, never raw health records. Apple Health is optional and read-only, and Junction processes the selected data to build the forecast. Health data is never used for advertising or sold. MANstrual is a wellness product. Forecasts are estimates based on entered dates and optional wearable trends. It does not diagnose conditions, predict fertility, confirm pregnancy or provide contraception. Make room for the details of your day. Log period dates, flow, symptoms, mood, energy and strength sessions. Add a quick note, then return to any day in the calendar to see what you recorded. Optional summary features require lilCycles Plus. Choose a provider and check availability before starting: Apple Intelligence requires a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and its model ready. If you configure a local model server, review the information before sending it. For on-device generation, review the draft with its linked entries. Review server responses before using them. Your daily log remains available when summary generation is unavailable. Privacy controls let you withdraw consent and delete lilCycles app data. Copies in Apple Health, Calendar, model servers or exported files stay under their respective controls. lilCycles is for wellness reflection and planning. It is not for diagnosis, treatment, contraception or emergency guidance.
