Turn "I trained today" into strength you can see. POWER is a training log where every set becomes progress. Log a set, earn EXP, level up, unlock titles. The longer you keep going, the more the numbers climb — so there's always a reason to go. ■ Logging takes three taps Body part → exercise → set. Your last session shows up first, so you can just repeat the same weight. ・Weight × reps, time and distance (bodyweight moves included) ・Tap ↩ to copy last time's weight, reps and notes ・Rest timer that runs in the background: 60 s / 90 s or any minute up to 10, with the time left on the Lock Screen ・Build routines and pull a whole workout in at once; one card shows your progress ■ The longer you train, the stronger you get (POWER mode) ・Levels and EXP from consistency, intensity and personal records (up to Lv.300) ・Around 390 titles and 30 level ranks, from Challenger up to Muscle God ・Your character grows with you: the Status avatar changes shape every 5 levels (20 stages, male and female) ・Cheers: see how many people are training right now and send each other a cheer ・Power Index — one score for everything you've built up ・Condition drops after two weeks off; Rest mode protects planned breaks. Streaks live as long as you train within 7 days, with shields for days you can't ・Three stages: clear LR, the top rank, and you move on — Lifter → King → God ■ See every bit of your progress ・Status: part levels on a radar chart plus seven gauges — weak spots at a glance ・Growth analysis: trend charts, growth-speed ranking and a per-part view ・Muscle map: the body highlights the parts you actually trained ・PR history: every personal record you've broken, in order ・POWER Rank: a nine-step staircase from D to LR, with the weight you still need shown as "a weight you can do 10 reps with" ・Calendar: training days coloured by body part, with meals, calories and EXP ・Monthly report: consistency, strength, PRs, volume, calories and balance graded S to D ■ Coach and meals (Premium) ・Coach: say how much time you have and how you feel, and today's menu is built for you. Feedback after each workout, a report every Monday, advice when you stall. Choose Takeru or Emma ・AI coach analysis: your plan to the goal, a forecast of when you'll reach a target at your current pace, training density and more. Things you tell your coach are remembered ・Meals: manual entry, AI chat, photo or My Recipes. Calories and macros, a daily target toward your goal weight, and "Let AI fill it" for numbers you don't know. Log past days too ■ Your body, in the same app ・Apple Health: reads the weight from your scale app, writes workouts, meals and weight to Health. Steps count toward calories burned ・Body tab: weight with body fat %, water, bowel movements, supplements and medication with reminders ・Home and Lock Screen widgets: level, streak, today's status, the last 7 days and more ■ Standards for men and women Titles, POWER Rank and calorie estimates use standards for your sex. ■ Share in one tap A share card lists every exercise, your PRs and calories burned, with a transparent version for social posts. ■ Also ・日本語 / English / 한국어 / 繁體中文, kg / lb ・8 accent colours, 4 text tones, dark mode. Simple mode if you just want the log ・Records stay on your device (no account). Export and import when you change phones ― About POWER plans ― Logging, levels, titles, status, growth, muscle map, calendar, cheers and share cards are free, forever. Paid plans add the coach, meals and more — see "POWER Plans" in the app. New users get 30 days of Premium free from install (no sign-up, no payment; it returns to the free plan automatically). Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Terms of Use: https://power-privacy.netlify.app/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://power-privacy.netlify.app/privacy.html
