Plank Timer
Read full descriptionHide full description
A plank timer that calls out every second for you. Set the hold, put the phone down, and let the voice, the 3-2-1 beeps and the haptic buzz tell you exactly when to brace, when you're halfway, and when you're done. Most people quit the plank early because they keep peeking at a stopwatch. This app takes the screen out of the equation: a full-screen countdown ring, spoken "Hold" and "Rest" cues, a halfway alert to keep your core tight, and a get-set countdown before every set. Then it logs the hold, grows your streak, and pushes the next target a little higher. WHAT YOU GET - Hold longer without watching the clock: voice cues, countdown beeps and haptics carry you through every second - Never wonder what comes next: multi-set core routines that chain forearm, high, side and reverse planks with timed rest between holds - A month-long plan that actually ramps: the 30-Day Plank Challenge takes you from a 20-second hold to a 5-minute hold, rest days included - Proof you are getting stronger: streak, longest hold, total core minutes, weekly total and a 7 / 14 / 30-day chart of core seconds per day - A level that climbs with you, from Core Rookie to Plank Master, so 40 honest seconds today still counts - Form you can trust: plain-English guides on plank technique, the four variations, the mistakes that kill results, and how to train safely PERFECT FOR - Beginners who can barely hold 20 seconds and want a plan, not a stopwatch - Anyone chasing a personal best on the forearm plank - Desk workers building core strength for posture and a happier lower back - Home and travel training with zero equipment and zero setup WHY NOT JUST USE THE STOPWATCH APP? A stopwatch makes you stare at your phone in the exact position where lifting your head wrecks your form. This one speaks. It counts you in, warns you at the halfway mark, beeps the last three seconds, buzzes when a set flips to rest, keeps the screen awake, and then writes the hold into your history so tomorrow's target is based on something real. A stopwatch forgets you the second you stop it. PRIVACY Every hold, streak and setting stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking, no cloud upload. The whole app works offline, on a plane or in a basement gym. FULL ACCESS The full app opens with a membership: all four plank variations, all four multi-set routines, the 30-Day Plank Challenge and the 14-Day Core Reset, the custom-duration timer, your full history, and the charts and trends in Progress. Choose weekly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime unlock that never renews. Weekly and yearly renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is in Settings. Start with a 30-second forearm plank today and let the timer talk you through the rest. How many seconds will you plank today? Plank Timer is a simple timer and log app that makes the classic core exercise easier to keep up. Pick a duration and tap the big center button. A 5-second "Ready..." lets you get into position, then the 1-second countdown begins. When you finish, it's logged automatically. β Simple to use 1. Pick a duration (10 sec to 3 min, in 10-sec steps) 2. Choose your target sets (1 to 10) 3. Tap the center button, "Ready" for 5 sec, then start 4. After each set, see "X / Y sets done, Z to go" Because you can start short, even on a tired day, just 10 seconds is easy to keep going. β The more you keep it up, the more your record grows - Streak: how many days in a row you've kept going - Best time: keep updating your longest time - Total count: total sets you've done - Last 14 days dots: a calendar-style record β "Try going a little longer today" The app suggests a duration just 10 seconds longer than last time. Tap "Use" and it's set. No need to push all at once. β Reminders (optional) - A midday nudge if you haven't trained yet (12:30 by default, adjustable) - After one session, a gentle "one more?" 3 hours later You can turn notifications off; the timer and log still work. β Light / Dark Switch between a bright and a dark navy background, or set "Auto" to follow your device. β Privacy and offline All records are saved only on your device. No login, no account. Nothing is sent to a server. * To keep this app free, a banner ad is shown (no full-screen ads). "Remove Ads" hides ads for good (one-time purchase). Start today, with just 10 seconds.
