Most training apps hand you a plan and wish you luck. Soffri ("you suffer" in Italian) tells you whether you actually followed it. BUILD A PLAN AROUND YOUR RACE Your distance, your date, your week. 50K to 200 miles, with elevation and time on feet built in, because an ultra is not a long marathon. EVERY RUN, GRADED Your runs sync in and get scored against what the plan actually asked for: distance, elevation, and effort. No participation trophies here. Just an honest read on whether you are on track or kidding yourself. THE PLAN ADAPTS Miss a week and the plan reckons with it instead of pretending. Add a tune-up race and the weeks around it reshape. PREVIEW THE COURSE Upload your race's GPX file and walk the course before race day. See every climb, descent and aid station section, then fly the route in 3D. Race day should not be the first time you see that last climb. TRAIN WITH YOUR FRIENDS Add friends, see each other's work, and challenge them on distance, time on feet, showing up, or grades. No race booked? Challenges need no plan at all. YOUR RUNS, HOWEVER THEY ARRIVE COROS, Suunto and Apple Watch sync straight in. Garmin comes through Apple Health. Or upload a FIT file from any watch. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Eight widgets, from today's run and this week to your streak and race countdown. The plan is in front of you before you open the app, and so is the grade when you get back. Go get your suffer on.
