Paste a Base64 string, tap once, read the answer โ right on your iPhone, fully offline. No web converter, no upload, no wondering who just logged the token you pasted. Base64 Encode Decode Offline is a developer scratchpad built for the real thing you paste: blobs copied out of logs and terminals. The decoder tolerates URL-safe alphabets, missing padding and line-wrapped copy-paste, auto-detects whether you meant encode or decode, and refuses garbage instead of returning silent nonsense. URL decoding is byte-accurate, so a leading BOM or odd byte is preserved instead of being quietly eaten. Everything renders in a proper monospaced font. WHAT YOU GET โข A wrapped, unpadded, URL-safe Base64 blob from a log file still decodes cleanly โ whitespace, CRLF and base64url handled for you โข Paste a JWT and read its pretty-printed header and payload immediately โ the signature never touches a server โข One input, four digests: MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256 and SHA-512 update as you type, with one button to copy all four โข URL-encode a query value and the &, =, + and # characters that break query strings are actually escaped โข Turn any file into Base64 or a ready-to-embed data URI with the correct MIME type โ and turn Base64 back into a file โข The String Inspector shows characters, UTF-8 / UTF-16 / UTF-32 byte counts, words and lines the moment text is entered PERFECT FOR โข Backend and mobile developers debugging an API payload away from the laptop โข QA engineers inspecting auth tokens without pasting credentials into a website โข Sysadmins decoding config blobs and verifying checksums from a phone session โข Students seeing exactly how encodings and hash digests behave WHY NOT JUST USE A WEB CONVERTER? Because every online encode/decode tool receives your string on its server โ and the strings developers convert are exactly the ones that should never leave the machine: session tokens, API keys, connection strings, JWTs. This app does all conversion and hashing on the device with Apple's CryptoKit. It works in airplane mode. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No accounts, no tracking of your content, no network needed to convert. Your inputs and your conversion history are stored only on your iPhone. FULL ACCESS Pro unlocks unlimited saved conversions, file conversion beyond 5 MB in both directions, and Batch mode to convert many lines in one pass. Full access is available as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Decode that string before the next station โ download Base64 Encode Decode Offline. Beneath

Beneath shows you how any website is built, on your iPhone and iPad. Open a page, then read its source three ways: the raw document re-fetched from the server, the live DOM after scripts have run, and a pretty-printed version. Syntax highlighting, line numbers, find with match counts, jump to line, share and save. Already browsing in Safari? Tap Share, then "View Source in Beneath", and the page you are looking at opens in the same viewer. A TOUCH-FIRST WEB INSPECTOR - Elements: browse the live DOM, tap an element on the page to select it, search by CSS selector, XPath or plain text - Styles: matched rules with their stylesheet and media conditions, computed values, and a box-model diagram - Console: everything the page logs, with expandable objects, stack traces and tappable DOM nodes - Network: every request the page made, with type filters, search, status, size and timing - Storage: cookies including HttpOnly ones, Local and Session Storage, IndexedDB and quota - Resources: every script, stylesheet, image and font, each openable as source - Info: status and response headers, redirect chain, meta tags, links, counts, timing and a TLS summary On iPad the inspector sits beside the page in a resizable column. On iPhone it is a sheet you can drag to any height. TEN OFFLINE DEVELOPER TOOLS - JSON Formatter: pretty, minified and a collapsible tree, with errors reported by line and column - Base64: URL-safe alphabet, padding and line-break options, and a hex dump for binary payloads - URL Encoder: RFC 3986 component and full-URL encoding, plus a parsed breakdown of every query parameter - JWT Decoder: header, payload, claims with expiry wording, and the signature segment - Hash Generator: MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256 and SHA-512, hex or Base64, with digest comparison - Case Converter: camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case, SCREAMING_SNAKE_CASE, dot.case and more - Timestamp: Unix seconds through nanoseconds, ISO 8601, RFC 2822, in any time zone - Number Base: decimal, binary, octal, hexadecimal and any base from 2 to 36, at arbitrary precision - String Escape: JSON, JavaScript, Swift, HTML and CSV flavours, both directions - Color Converter: HEX, RGB and HSL with WCAG contrast ratios and ready-to-paste code Nothing you paste into a tool leaves your device. BENEATH PRO A single unlock adds full request details with headers and bodies, live page editing, a JavaScript console prompt, storage and cookie editing, Copy as cURL, the seven remaining tools, and the Chromium DevTools frontend running on-device with its Elements, Console, Network and Application panels. PRIVACY Beneath has no analytics, no accounts and no servers of its own. The pages you visit and the text you paste are never sent anywhere.
