About

Trimbyte

Features

Trimbyte shows you where your storage actually went โ€” and clears what you don't need, without ever touching the internet. Most "cleaner" apps make scary claims and run on subscriptions. Trimbyte doesn't. It does one job honestly: it maps your photo, video, and file library so the space hogs are obvious, then lets you remove them with full control. SEE YOUR STORAGE, CLEARLY A simple, proportional map of your library โ€” the biggest categories are literally the biggest blocks. Tap one to dig in. FIND WHAT'S SAFE TO CLEAR โ€ข Exact duplicates โ€” byte-identical copies โ€ข Similar shots & bursts โ€” keep the best, drop the rest โ€ข Similar videos โ€” near-duplicate clips, grouped automatically โ€ข Low-quality photos โ€” blurry, dark, or accidental shots โ€ข Large videos โ€” usually the single biggest win โ€ข Screenshots & screen recordings โ€ข Memes & text images โ€ข Files & folders โ€” scan iCloud Drive, Downloads, or any folder you pick NEW IN VERSION 2 โ€ข Swipe to clean โ€” go card by card, keep what you love, queue the rest โ€ข Compress videos โ€” HEVC re-encode to 1080p or 720p; album membership preserved โ€ข Export before deleting โ€” save to Files first, then remove from Photos โ€ข Live Photo to Still โ€” drop the video layer, keep the shot (~3 MB saved each) โ€ข On This Day โ€” photos from this date in past years, easy to review and clear โ€ข Home screen widget โ€” reclaimable total at a glance, no need to open the app โ€ข Background scan โ€” a tap-to-rescan banner appears when your library changes while you're away YOU'RE ALWAYS IN CONTROL Nothing is auto-selected and nothing is auto-deleted. You tap what to remove, preview anything full-screen, and confirm. Deletions follow iOS's standard 30-day Recently Deleted safety net โ€” and Trimbyte tells you that plainly instead of pretending the space is gone. HONEST ABOUT WHAT AN APP CAN DO Trimbyte cleans your photos, videos, and folders you pick. iOS does not let any app touch other apps' data or "system junk" โ€” so we don't pretend to. No app can. Anyone claiming otherwise isn't being straight with you. TRULY PRIVATE 100% on-device. No account. No servers. No tracking. No ads. No networking code at all โ€” your library physically cannot leave your phone. FAIR PRICING Free forever: full scan, the whole map, and unlimited Exact-Duplicate cleanup. Deleting items one at a time is always free in every category. One optional payment of $9.99 โ€” lifetime, no subscription โ€” unlocks bulk cleanup everywhere. That's it. ยฉ 2026 Eran Karilka. About

TrueDetect Device Test

Features

TrueDetect Device Test checks the hardware of an iPhone and reports exactly what it measured. Tap Full Test and the app works through the device one function at a time: display and touch, front and rear cameras, speaker and microphone, vibration, buttons, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, the motion sensors, the compass, the proximity sensor, charging, and the battery. Each check ends in a clear result you can read at a glance, and every card can be opened to see the underlying measurement behind it. Two things guide the whole app: REAL READINGS, NEVER GUESSES A value is shown only when the device itself reports it. Where iOS does not expose something, the app says so instead of filling the gap with an estimate. A result you cannot trust is worse than no result. A FINDING, NOT JUST A VERDICT When a check does not pass, the app states what it found - which part, and what was measured - so the reason is on the screen rather than left to memory. Any test can also be run on its own from Manual Test, which is useful when you want to re-check a single function after handling the device. The app is made by K-Device Lab for businesses that inspect used iPhones and need an honest, repeatable record of a handset's condition. It is free, contains no advertising, and offers nothing to purchase.
