Two Minutes AI vs DropHere

Your to-do list tells you what to do. Two Minutes AI actually does it. Capture a task however it arrives — type it, say it out loud, share it from another app, or ask Siri. While you get on with your day, Two Minutes AI works out what the task really needs and drafts it for you: the email, the research brief, the decision matrix, the document outline, the summary. You open the app, read the draft, tweak it if you like, and ship it. Most tasks take about two minutes. CAPTURE IN SECONDS • Type a half-formed thought and move on • Speak it — voice notes become tasks automatically • Share text or links from any app straight into your inbox AI THAT FINISHES, NOT JUST FILES • Every task is classified and drafted automatically • Emails arrive written, not just "remembered" • Decisions come back as clear side-by-side comparisons • Research shows up as a brief, not a browser tab graveyard A SYSTEM THAT STAYS OUT OF YOUR WAY • Today shows only what matters right now • Inbox catches everything else until you're ready • Lists keep projects and someday-items organized • Names in tasks match your contacts so you can call or message in one tap — your contacts never leave your device IT LEARNS HOW YOU WRITE Ship a draft as-is or edit it first — either way, Two Minutes AI pays attention. Your most recent shipped drafts guide the next one — emails learn from your emails, messages from your messages — so first drafts sound more like you the more you use it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sign in with Apple. Your contacts stay on your device. Your tasks are yours — we use them to draft your work, not to profile you. Stop managing your to-do list. Start finishing it. Important records rarely live in one file. An ID has a front and back. A contract can include photos, PDFs, notes, a recording, a video, and a renewal date. DropHere keeps every part of an important record together in one private iPhone library—so it is easy to find when you actually need it. No DropHere account is required, and your library stays on this device by default. KEEP COMPLETE RECORDS • Combine text, images, audio, video, and files in one item • Preserve original filenames and play recordings and videos in the app • See one clear first-content preview on each library card • Organize credentials, contracts, receipts, or your own types FIND IT AND ACT ON TIME • Search titles, notes, and attachment filenames • Set due-date reminders, including daily alerts during the final 7 days • Use Live Text on demand to select and copy text from images SHARE WITH CONTEXT • Share original images when you need them • Or create a temporary copy with a purpose watermark while keeping originals untouched PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • No account required • Stored in the app container on your device • Optional App Lock with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode • iCloud sync stays off until you explicitly enable it • Items save locally first; enabled iCloud uploads run in the background • The managed library is excluded from iPhone iCloud Backup and computer backups • On-device image text recognition results are not saved The free version includes all main features for up to 5 active items. Full Access removes the app-imposed active-item limit through a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription or a one-time Permanent Unlock. All Full Access options support Family Sharing; your private library itself is never shared. Actual capacity depends on device storage and performance.
