Mayu is a wellness app that keeps your meals, fasting hours, workouts, how you feel and your weight trend in one place, so you can look back on your own routine. Photo-based meal logging, fasting hours, running logs, condition check-ins and a weekly report make today's changes easy to see. As your logs stack up, your Mayu character grows with you, and the rhythm that fits you gets easier to keep. Made for you if - You want to log what you eat, but counting calories is a chore - You step on the scale and still do not know what to change - You want to keep an eye on your fasting hours and your first meal - You are worried about regaining after losing weight - You give up after a few days whenever you start on your own What you can do Meal photos and nutrition estimates One photo of your food lays out estimates for calories, protein, carbs and fat. You get a food diary without searching for every item and typing in grams, and you can correct any estimate yourself. Mayu score for the day's balance Instead of judging a single meal, Mayu shows the balance of your whole day as a reference score. You can see what was missing and adjust at the next meal. Fasting hours and first meal Mayu logs the hours between your last meal and your first meal the next day. Set a target and the time you have left stays in view. Running and activity Mayu estimates the calories you burn as your condition changes, and looks at protein and activity together, from the point of view of holding on to muscle. Weight and condition trends You see a trend rather than one day's number. Add progress photos and you can watch the change with your own eyes. Evidence-based AI coach Ask a question and the coach answers from reviewed material and shows you the source. It does not diagnose you and does not make decisions about medication, and it points you to a professional when that is what you need. Weekly report and summary Your week of meals, fasting, activity, weight and condition on one page. Group logging with friends Check in on each other's logs in a group room and keep a challenge going. Mayu, the character that grows with you As your logs stack up, Mayu hatches from an egg and grows one step at a time. One more reason to log today. Apple Watch and the Health app When you work out with Apple Watch, you can see your heart rate and pace on your wrist, and finished workouts are saved to the Health app. LiDAR deep scan On iPhone models with LiDAR, point the camera at your plate to measure the food's volume, and that value is used alongside the estimate. Premium logging and reports with Mayu Care The Friend plan covers the core logging features. The Care subscription opens up deeper reports and coaching. See the details in the app. Created by clinicians, reviewed by two doctors Mayu's coaching standards and content are designed by clinicians and cross-reviewed by two doctors. Only research that has passed review is cited. Please note Mayu does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not replace medical judgment. It does not measure body composition or muscle mass.
