StrumGuitar vs SansarPlus

Strum Guitar turns your phone into a hands-on strumming trainer. WHY IT EXISTS Most guitar apps test your chords. Strum Guitar trains the thing beginners actually struggle with — the strumming hand. No sheet music, no metronome to fight: you swipe, you feel the groove, and you get honest timing feedback. WHAT IT DOES (FREE) • Swipe down/up across six strings to play down- and up-strokes • Follow a looping chord progression — match the pattern to advance • After each bar, see which strokes were early, on, or late • Hear the target groove with the built-in Example playback • Edit your two chord progressions and two stroke patterns (8 or 16 steps of rest / down / up) NEW IN 2.0 — STRUM GUITAR PRO For players ready to play their own songs: • Capo — shift the whole progression by semitones. Your fingering stays the same; the song moves into any key. • Extended chord palette — 7th, maj7, m7, sus, dim voicings on top of the basics. • Unlimited chord loops and unlimited saved slots — build a library of your own progressions and strokes. One-time purchase. No subscriptions. No ads. Family Sharing off. WHO IT'S FOR • Beginners who can hold chords but can't keep a steady strum • Players drilling a new strumming pattern • Anyone who wants honest timing feedback without a metronome • Players who want to capo into the key of their song without a real capo nearby WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • It does not listen to a real guitar — you strum on screen • It's not a tuner, chord dictionary, or song library PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN • Works fully offline • Collects no data — no analytics, no tracking • Your settings stay on your device REQUIREMENTS • iPhone, iOS 17.0 or later
