Megalith turns a handful of words into a striking, block-justified text graphic — and now sets it in motion. Every line is stretched to fill the same width, with each line's font size set by how much text it holds, so your words form a solid block with clean edges on both sides. It's the look of vintage justified posters ("ON THE BEACH," the old "FALL IN" recruitment prints), rebuilt as a fast, tactile app. Type. Shuffle. Share. Enter a phrase and Megalith lays it out instantly. Don't love the arrangement? Tap Shuffle to re-roll the line breaks and font mix — every tap is a fresh composition. Step back through previous shuffles with Undo. NOW IN MOTION Tap Animate to bring your poster to life. Each line stretches and snaps into place, turning your finished graphic into a short, looping animation. Export it as a GIF or video, built for social posts, stories, and feeds where motion catches the eye. The static poster works exactly as before — Animate just gives it a second life in motion. MADE FOR - Quotes, lyrics, and one-liners - Album-cover and merch-style lettering - Social posts, stories, and covers — still or animated - Anyone who loves bold typography FEATURES - Block-justified layout that fills clean left and right edges automatically - Animate your poster into a looping GIF or video — made for stories and posts - Shuffle to re-roll fonts and line breaks — with Undo - Three typeface families: sans serif, serif, and slab serif - Multiple fonts mixed across lines for real poster character - Force your own line breaks by pressing return - Adjustable minimum line length to control how short a line can get - Pick any text and background color - Use a photo as your background, with optional blur - Four canvas formats: Square, Portrait (4:5), Story (9:16), and Poster (2:3) - Live preview that matches your export exactly — what you see is what you share - High-resolution export to Photos, Messages, social apps, and Files DESIGNED TO FEEL EFFORTLESS Behind the simple interface is a careful layout engine that measures the actual ink of each letter to align edges precisely, then balances fonts and breaks for a result that looks composed, not computed. That same care carries into motion — the animation follows the layout, so it looks designed, not just animated. You just type — Megalith makes it look intentional. No account. No subscription. Just type a few words and make something worth sharing — still or in motion. Screenshots include quotes from Bob Dylan's "From a Buick 6," Carbon Leaf's "Paloma," Saul Williams' "Amethyst Rocks," and Temples' "Keep in the Dark," along with a photo by Gabriele Motter.
Glyphiz

Glyphiz is a glyph editor for iPhone and iPad that treats the text you type as individual glyphs and lets you edit and deform the font outlines as vector paths. Beyond ordinary text entry, converting letters to outlines turns the letterforms themselves into free-form vector objects. It's built for design work where the shape of the type is the point — logos, headlines, posters, and title art for social media. ■ Text and Glyph, kept separate Every character in a string is managed as its own object. Adjust font, size, tracking and vertical writing, then convert to outlines to get vector "Glyphs." From that point on the artwork no longer depends on the original font — it is rebuilt from the stored paths. ■ Edit Bézier paths directly Drag anchor points and control handles to reshape a letter's outline. Add and remove anchors, and marquee-select a run of anchors to move them together. ■ Non-destructive deforms Wave, Arc and Random deforms are stored as parameters you can re-tune at any time. Random keeps its seed, so reopening a project reproduces exactly the same result. Move, scale, rotate and angle are non-destructive too. ■ Layers, canvas, background Add, delete, duplicate, reorder, show/hide and lock layers. Canvas presets cover A0–A7, B0–B7, circular, and a free size in millimetres. Backgrounds can be transparent, solid, gradient or image; transparent shows a checkerboard in the editor and exports as genuinely transparent PNG. ■ Color Solid fills plus Linear, Radial and Angular gradients, with editable colors, positions and angle. ■ Placing images Import a photo from your library and place it on the canvas. Move, scale and rotate it (Glyphiz does not edit the image itself — no color correction, cropping, and so on). ■ Export - PNG (1x / 2x / 3x, transparency supported) - JPG (1x / 2x / 3x) - Vector PDF (glyphs are exported as paths, not rasterized — ideal for high-resolution print) Projects are saved on device in the app's own ".glyphiz" format (JSON-based) and stay fully re-editable. ■ Gestures One-finger drag to select and move, two-finger drag to pan the canvas, pinch to zoom, two-finger rotate to rotate, tap to select, long-press for a context menu. Undo / Redo included. ■ Privacy No sign-in, no account. All project data is stored on your device and is never sent to an external server. The core editing features work offline.
