Slate vs Learn Languages

Slate blocks your most distracting apps until you study. Pick Instagram, TikTok, whatever pulls you away. Set how many flashcards you need to review. Study them. Your apps unlock. That's it. HOW IT WORKS Add your flashcards, organize them into decks, and pick which apps to block. When you try to open a blocked app, Slate holds it until you've reviewed your cards for the day. ACTUALLY SMART SCHEDULING Slate uses the SM-2 spaced repetition algorithm — the same science behind Anki — to show you cards right before you'd forget them. You study less. You remember more. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Daily cards reviewed, study streaks, and screen time converted into study time. Numbers that actually mean something. No ads. No subscriptions to unlock basic features. Study first. Your apps will be there when you're done.
