Headset - Interval Timer is an interval timer, countdown, and stopwatch designed for workouts, training, and everyday activities. Use Headset - Interval Timer as a complete timer on its own, or connect compatible AirPods to control your sessions with simple headset gestures. Create your interval workout by setting the number of rounds, number of exercises, exercise duration, and round duration. Start the timer and focus on your session without constantly checking the screen. Every interval timer you start is saved to your history. Return to previous workouts, reuse your configurations, and check statistics from past sessions. For simpler time tracking, use the countdown or stopwatch. Countdown sessions are also saved to history, so you can quickly access timers you've used before. AirPods controls make it easier to manage your timer while staying focused on your activity. Use headset gestures to control the interval timer, countdown, or stopwatch during gym workouts, interval training, dance practice, stretching, and other activities. The Gestures Playground lets you test gesture detection and find the setup that works best for you. You can choose what you want to control from your headphones and assign actions to available gestures. Customize your sessions with sound and haptic feedback. Enable a sound for the final 3 seconds of an interval or countdown, add a separate notification at the halfway point, and use haptics to follow your timing without watching the screen. Key features: - Custom interval timer - Rounds and exercises - Exercise and round duration settings - Timer history and session statistics - Reusable timer configurations - Countdown with history - Stopwatch - AirPods gesture controls - Customizable headset actions - Gestures Playground - 3-second countdown sound - Halfway point notification - Haptic feedback Whether you're doing HIIT, Tabata, circuit training, strength workouts, dance practice, stretching, or creating your own interval routine, Headset - Interval Timer gives you the flexibility to set up your session the way you want.
