How it works Rate your mood on a scale of 1 to 7 and add a note: by text or by voice. You can also log your mood quickly — right from the widget. Privacy • Syncs between your devices through your iCloud. • Backup in iCloud Drive: stays in place even if you delete the app. Plus file export at any time. • PIN code and Face ID lock. • Local Mode — entries marked with it never leave your device: they aren't sent for analysis, recaps, or factor extraction.
