ProgressLog is a calm, private fitness tracker for people who want to lose weight, train consistently, and see real progress, without the noise. No accounts. No ads. No analytics. No subscriptions. Everything you log lives in your iCloud private database. We never see it. There's nothing to sell. WHAT'S INSIDE • Weekly workout plan — schedule training days across the week, assign workout types, drop in rest days. • Live workout logging — sets, reps, weight, with rest tracking. Built to be done at the rack. • Cardio in every session — incline, pace, distance, calories. Treadmill, bike, elliptical, run. • Calorie & protein tracking — sized to your immediate goal weight. Daily ring, weekly average, projected goal date. • Body measurements — body fat %, waist, chest, arms, thighs. Charts over time. • Progress photos — front / side / back, with side-by-side comparison. Private, never uploaded. • Streaks & badges — quiet milestones for the long arc. No leaderboards. • Multiple plans — switch between Cut, Bulk, and Maintenance with their own calorie + protein targets. • Year in review — one shareable card showing what your last 365 days looked like. • Apple Health two-way sync — weight, workouts, active calories, steps. HOW IT THINKS Your protein target is calculated from your goal weight, not your current weight, so you preserve muscle as you cut. Your calorie target uses Mifflin–St Jeor BMR + your training frequency, aiming for ≈1 lb/week loss by default. Every number is editable. Workouts gently suggest a 30-minute cardio session — the most reliable way to keep a steady deficit. Skip it any time; the app nudges, never blocks. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • All data stored in your iCloud private database via Apple's CloudKit • Sign in with Apple — no email lists, no marketing profiles • One-tap account deletion in More → Delete account & all data • No third-party SDKs, no telemetry, no servers we operate SUPPORT ProgressLog is free, forever. An optional one-time $7.99 Supporter purchase unlocks the Supporter badge and alternate app icons. The entire app stays free either way. Built for iPhone, iOS 18 and later. "Track the work. See the progress."

FitNote helps you keep everyday weight management clear and organized. Log meals, calories, macronutrients, weight, water, and exercise in one place, then review your daily progress and trends without setting up an account. Food logging is quick and flexible. Choose from the bundled local food databases where available, enter the grams you ate, or add your own custom foods for meals you repeat often. The app estimates calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, sugar, and sodium for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Weight tracking is built around steady context, not one-day noise. Save weight records, view BMI, compare your current weight with your target, and follow trend charts over time. Water and exercise logs are part of the same daily view. Set a cup size and daily water goal, record workouts with duration and estimated calories burned, and optionally read today's active energy from Apple Health after you grant permission. Useful for: • Daily calorie and meal logging • Weight and BMI tracking • Protein, carbs, and fat summaries • Water intake tracking • Exercise calorie records • Custom foods and repeated meals • Local-first tracking without an account Key features: • Meal logs by breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack • Gram-based calorie and nutrition estimates • Custom food records for items not in the local database • Weight records, target weight, BMI, and trend charts • Daily water target, cup size, and progress • Exercise records and estimated active calories • Optional read-only Apple Health active energy access • Local storage by default Subscription and purchase information: The app offers a free experience and optional Pro access.
