Gerart is the client portal for brands working with Gerart Media. Every project, file, approval and conversation in one place — on your phone. WHAT NEEDS YOU, FIRST Open the app and see exactly what is waiting on you: a render to approve, a briefing to fill in, a deadline coming up. Most time-sensitive first, the rest can wait. EVERY TASK, FROM BRIEF TO DELIVERY Follow each piece of work through its real stages — briefing, in progress, feedback, approved. Board or list, whichever you prefer. No status meetings, no chasing anyone for an update. YOUR FILES, IN ONE PRIVATE DRIVE Renders, labels, source files and references, organized in folders and always there. Preview images full screen, save them straight to your photos, share a file through a link that expires, and download the originals whenever you need them. APPROVE FROM ANYWHERE Review a delivery and approve it in two taps — or request a revision with a note saying exactly what needs to change. The studio sees it immediately. TALK TO THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK Message your art director, your designer or the whole team directly. Not a ticket queue and not a shared inbox: the people actually on your brand. ASK GERART AI Ask by voice or by typing — "send me the brand logo", "what is overdue", "what needs my attention today". Gerart AI searches your Drive, your tasks and your projects and brings the answer back as cards you can tap. It only ever sees your own workspace. PROPOSALS AND INVOICES Read a proposal, approve it and pay securely without leaving the app. Your invoice history stays available. STAY IN THE LOOP Push notifications when work is delivered, when a deadline moves, or when someone on the team messages you. WHO IT IS FOR Gerart is for existing Gerart Media clients — the supplement, beverage and CPG brands whose packaging, labels and campaigns we design. Your account is created for you when your project starts. Questions? https://gerartmedia.com/support
