Vitora

Vitora is a health and fitness tracker for iPhone that does exactly what the name promises: it computes. No cloud algorithm crunches your data, no account is required, no server ever sees your numbers. Everything happens on your phone. Four scores give you a clear picture every morning: Recovery Score Your overnight HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and sleep, measured against your own baseline instead of a generic scale. Strain Score Your training load from real workouts, calculated with Karvonen heart rate reserve zones and the Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio from sports science. Body Battery An ongoing energy index that recharges overnight and drains through the day with activity. Sleep Score Duration, quality, and consistency, read directly from your HealthKit sleep stages. The four scores add up to a single recommendation: push hard, hold steady, or rest. Every formula is transparent, there’s no black box. Logging food takes seconds: snap a photo, type a quick description, dictate it, or scan a barcode. The AI analysis runs either right on your iPhone through Apple Intelligence, or through Vitora AI, always with your consent first. The Correlation Engine goes a step further: tag your day with things like caffeine, alcohol, or late meals, and Vitora runs a Welch’s t-test to see how it actually affects the morning after. Real statistics instead of guesswork, all computed on the device. Your dashboard, your rules: cards you can freely reorder, four visual themes from clean to industrial, plus home screen widgets and Siri shortcuts for the Action Button. Milestones like your first HRV baseline or a 7-day recovery streak quietly settle into an archive. No confetti pop-ups, no streak pressure. Privacy at Vitora isn’t a clause, it’s the architecture: there’s simply no server for anything to be sent to. Your data stays in Apple Health, a local database, and your iPhone’s keychain. Vitora is completely free, every feature included, no subscription and no ads. If it helps you and you’d like to support the development, please let a review in the App Store.

Every step grows a world. Tiny Worlds turns your daily walk into a living, little diorama. Your steps are the only fuel — walk, and a tiny world grows, one stage at a time, until it becomes something you keep forever. No streaks. No guilt. Nothing withers if you miss a day. Your worlds wait patiently for you. HOW IT WORKS • Walk — your steps power the world you're growing. That's the whole engine. • Grow — reach your daily step goal and your world climbs to its next stage. Six stages, from a bare seed to a thriving little world. • Keep — finished worlds become keepsakes in your collection, each saved with the steps you walked and the days you tended it. A CALM COLLECTION Every world you plant rolls its own unique look, so no two you grow are ever quite the same. Fill a quiet little museum of the places your walking has made — grouped and waiting, never demanding. WORLDS TO GROW Start with everyday worlds — rainforest, grassland, savanna — then discover exotic ones like coral reefs, wetlands, and volcanic lands. POWERED BY YOUR STEPS Tiny Worlds reads your step count from Apple Health (iPhone and Apple Watch) to grow your worlds — that's all it needs. Your health data stays on your device. GENTLE BY DESIGN Optional, quiet reminders when a world is ready to grow — and nothing more. No badges to chase, no leaderboards, no pressure. A calm companion, not a taskmaster. WORLD KEEPER An optional subscription for when you want more to discover: unlock the exotic worlds and keep your whole collection safe and synced across your devices. Every step grows a world. Start with the one you'll take next. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
