Beautiful enough for every day. Serious enough to navigate by. Compass Atlas is a precision GPS compass and navigation instrument for iPhone. It tells you which way you're facing, exactly where you are, and how to get back to the places that matter β and because GPS works without internet, it keeps working offline, deep in the backcountry or in airplane mode. THE COMPASS A large dial with your heading in clear numerals and the cardinal direction beside it. Lock a bearing and a colour-coded wedge shows how far you've drifted. True or magnetic north with local declination. Live calibration status, magnetic-field strength and GPS accuracy, so you always know how much to trust the reading. THIRTEEN FACES One compass, thirteen instruments. Atlas, a warm dark reference dial. Compass, the classic two-tone. Minimal, one hairline and one red tip. Then Eclipse, Coral, Halo, Aviator, Mariner, Neon Cyber, Astrolabe, Bearing, Pure and Nocturne β each with its own bezel, ticks and needle. QIBLA, PRECISELY A great-circle bearing to the Kaaba from anywhere on Earth, computed offline, with a clear signal when you're aligned. WHERE YOU ARE Latitude and longitude in Decimal, DMS, UTM, MGRS or Plus Codes. Altitude in metres or feet from the barometric altimeter and GPS. Tap to copy any reading. WAYPOINTS AND TRACKS Save a waypoint where you stand, pick it on the map, search an address, or paste coordinates. Attach a photo and a note. Navigate back with a large arrow, live distance, ETA and spoken guidance. Record GPS tracks on the trail β hike, camp, or scout a route β and review them on the map. Import and export GPX. Waypoints sync privately through iCloud. SIX INSTRUMENTS Bubble level reading to a tenth of a degree. Qibla finder. Sun position with sunrise and sunset times. Wind direction, speed and forecast. AR compass through your camera. Sight-line photos with the bearing written in. THE MAP Apple Maps with your heading, waypoints and recorded tracks. Standard, satellite, hybrid and terrain styles. MADE TO BE QUIET No ads. No interruptions. The dial breathes gently and its glow shifts with the time of day. Weather and map tiles are the only features that use a connection. FREE AND PRO Free includes the full compass, three faces, decimal coordinates, a handful of waypoints, the standard map and the bubble level. Compass Pro unlocks all thirteen faces, every coordinate format, unlimited waypoints, all six instruments, all map styles, track recording, iCloud sync and GPX β as a weekly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase with Family Sharing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage in your Apple Account settings. Turn your phone into a dashboard: speed, live maps, music, calls, and today's calendar, all in one glance. Perfect if your car's screen looks like it's stuck in the last century, or doesn't have one. There are two dashboards to choose from. The minimal one is a speed dial, a live map, and whatever's playing, nothing else on screen. The full one is a proper home screen with Maps, Music, Now Playing, Phone, Contacts, Calendar, and Settings, your own photo behind all of it. Switch between them whenever you like. WHAT YOU GET - Speed in km/h or mph, your choice. - Live speed limits, right on your screen. - Speed camera alerts. - A live map, no destination needed. - Turn-by-turn directions that reroute the second you miss a turn. - Confusing interchange ahead? The 3D map makes it obvious. - Search a place, compare routes, see the real distance and time. - Fuel, food, and parking nearby, one tap each. - Your whole Apple Music library, right there. - Calls and contacts without switching apps. - Today's calendar. - Six wallpapers behind the dashboard, or any photo you want. - The screen stays on while you drive. NOTHING TO SIGN UP FOR No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Driven doesn't log where you go, and your contacts and calendar never leave your phone. Speed camera warnings are turned off by default where warning drivers about cameras is restricted, including Germany, France, and Switzerland. Local rules still apply. Camera and speed limit data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the ODbL.
