For logging and reminders only. Fever Whiz is not a medical device. Always confirm dose decisions with your doctor or pediatrician. ------ Fever Whiz is the calm way to log every dose, temperature and symptom when someone in your family is sick, shared in real time with everyone caring for them. When your child has a fever at 2 AM, you shouldn't have to remember who gave what, and when. Log it in a few taps, see when each medicine's suggested next-dose window opens, and let the other parent, a grandparent or the sitter see the same log on their own phone. ● LOG IT IN A FEW TAPS - Doses, temperatures, symptoms and notes, with no account needed to start - Common children's medicines for your country, with their concentrations, ready to pick - °C or °F, whichever you use - Works offline and syncs when you're back online ● KNOW WHEN THE NEXT-DOSE WINDOW OPENS - Each medicine's suggested next-dose window, from its last dose and its usual interval - A reminder when the window opens, if you want one - Suggestions only: Fever Whiz never tells you a dose is safe or due ● EVERYONE SEES THE SAME LOG (PREMIUM) - Invite the other parent, grandparents, a sitter or a nanny - Everyone sees each dose as it's logged, on their own phone - A notification when someone else gives a dose or takes a temperature - Message each other right next to the log - One Premium plan covers everyone you invite ● THE WHOLE ILLNESS IN ONE PLACE - Episodes group the doses, temperatures and symptoms of one illness - See temperatures over time - Share a PDF or CSV report with the doctor (Premium) ● FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY - Kids first, and the grown-ups too - One log per person, with allergies, weight and the doctor's details on hand ● FREE AND PREMIUM - Free: logging, next-dose windows, episodes, one person and one reminder - Premium: everyone you care for, caregivers and messages, unlimited reminders, the health report, the assistant that answers questions about your log, barcode scanning, photos and documents, insights on your log (observations, never advice), the Apple Watch app, and no ads ● PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Only a name is required, and a nickname is fine - Your log is private to you and the caregivers you invite, encrypted in transit and at rest - We never sell your data, and you can delete your account and its data in the app Contact us at help@kidplay.app Terms of Use: https://www.kidplay.app/terms/ Privacy Policy: https://www.kidplay.app/privacy-policy/ Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Last Dose

Last Dose answers one question: when did I last take it? Open the app and the answer is the first thing on screen, in large type — what you took, how long ago, and whether another dose is possible yet. Paracetamol, ibuprofen, an antihistamine, a migraine tablet: anything you take on demand rather than on a fixed schedule. FREE TO DOWNLOAD. ONE IN-APP PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION. Last Dose is free to download. A single optional in-app purchase, paid once, unlocks the full version — and that is the only payment there will ever be. No subscription, no trial that turns into a bill, no recurring charge, no advertising. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE Last Dose collects no data at all. There is no account to create, no email to hand over, no cloud to sync with. The app makes no network requests of any kind — none — so your medication record cannot be transmitted anywhere, to us or to anyone else. No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, no tracking. It asks for no system permissions: not your contacts, not your photos, not your location, not Health data. Your record is written to your device's private storage and is removed with the app. WHAT IT DOES • Record a dose with one tap. The time stays on screen: "2 h 15 min ago, at 12:45". • Set optional limits per medication — a minimum time between doses, and a maximum number of doses per 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days. • The status tells you when the next dose is possible, and which limit you are waiting on. • Forgot to log one? Record an earlier dose at the time it was actually taken. • Undo any action: recording a dose, removing one, deleting a medication. • A history for each medication, day by day, so you can see the pattern of a bad week. It is a record, not a scheduler. There are no alarms and no notifications. You write down what you took and when; the app does the arithmetic you should not have to do while you are in pain. BUILT TO BE READ • Luciole throughout — a typeface designed with and for low-vision readers. • Status is never colour alone: an icon, a sentence and a colour, every time. • Every control is at least 48 points. Nothing important hides behind a gesture. • Full VoiceOver support; recording a dose announces itself. • Dynamic Type to the largest sizes without losing a word off the screen. • A high-contrast mode, in light and in dark. • iPhone, iPad and foldables: on a wide window the list sits beside the detail. IMPORTANT Last Dose keeps a record; it does not give medical advice and it is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend a dose. The limits it counts against are the ones you type in yourself, from your own prescription or package leaflet. Follow the instructions of your pharmacist, your doctor or the leaflet. Verdict
Fever Whiz and Last Dose are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Fever Whiz sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Last Dose sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
