Splash is the fitness swimmer's companion. Log every swim with distance, time, and automatic pace calculation. See your improvement over weeks with pace trend charts that show exactly how many seconds faster per 100m you've gotten. SWIM SMARTER Stop guessing what your pace is. Log your total distance and time - Splash calculates your pace per 100m (or 100y) instantly. See your pace trend improving week over week. The numbers don't lie. STRUCTURED WORKOUTS Ditch "swim back and forth for 40 minutes." The pre-built workout library gives you 15+ structured sets across four goals: - Endurance (build distance and aerobic base) - Speed (intervals and sprint work) - Technique (drills that fix your stroke) - Triathlon (open water prep and race simulation) Each workout includes warm-up, main set, and cool-down - with intervals, rest periods, and coaching notes. Structure = improvement. QUICK LOG IN 60 SECONDS You can't use your phone in the pool. Splash is built for post-swim logging: distance, time, stroke, pool size - done in under a minute. Auto-calculates your pace. Shows your running total for the week. PACE CALCULATOR Planning a race? Enter your target distance and time. Splash shows you the exact pace you need to hold, your current pace gap, and the training approaches that will close it. POOL LOG Track every pool you swim at. Lane counts, water temp, best hours, 25-yard vs 50-meter notes. Build a library of your pools. DISTANCE TRACKER Every kilometer adds up. The cumulative distance tracker shows your annual total with fun milestones: "You've crossed the English Channel and back." Every lap counts. AI SWIM COACH Stuck in a pace plateau? The AI coach (powered by Grok) gives personalized advice based on your logged sessions. Technique troubleshooting, workout recommendations, plateau-breaking strategies - on demand. DRILL REFERENCE Full reference library for freestyle drills: catch-up, fist drill, fingertip drag, side kick. Know what each drill teaches, how to do it, and when to use it. SPLASH PRO Upgrade for pace trend charts, the full workout library, distance tracker with milestones, custom workout builder, and AI swim coach. Monthly and yearly options available. SwimPlan builds your next pool workout from your own swims and your own goals — not from a generic table off the internet. A PLAN THAT KNOWS YOUR HISTORY The app reads your swims from Health: weekly volume, average pace, strokes, how often you train. It takes your goal — endurance, technique, speed or race preparation — along with your pool length, the equipment you have and how many sessions a week you swim. Then it writes the session: warm-up, drills, main set, pull, kick, cool-down. Every set carries its distance, repeats, stroke, interval, rest and one short cue about what to watch. WHY THIS WORKOUT Each plan explains itself: why the volume is lower today, why the drills run longer, why the main set is shorter than usual. How the last session went — what you finished, how hard it felt — feeds into the next one. Weekly volume grows gradually, never in a jump. EDIT AND REPEAT Not up for the full volume today, or left your paddles at home? Adjust the plan before you start — repeats, distance, stroke, rest, equipment — or drop a set entirely. A workout you liked can be swum again without building a new one, and repeating it does not count against your limit. SWIM IT FROM APPLE WATCH The plan goes to your wrist. In the water the screen is locked — that is watchOS doing the right thing, so water cannot press buttons. Sets close themselves by the metres you swim, so the whole workout needs no taps at all. The watch records heart rate and distance, and the swim is saved to Health and counts toward your activity rings. HISTORY AND PROGRESS Volume by week, distance over 7 and 28 days, average pace per 100 m, sessions per week. Swims from Health and ones you enter by hand live in the same list. STRAIGHT ANSWERS • The app is free. There are no in-app purchases. • The number of plans per month is limited — generating one costs money, and the developer pays for it. • To build a plan, an anonymous summary of your swims is sent to the server: distances, durations, strokes. No name, no email, no identifiers — the app does not collect them. • Read access to Health is required. If you have no swims yet, the first workout is built from your level and pool — short and easy. SwimPlan is not a medical app and does not replace a doctor or a coach. Listen to how you feel, and never swim alone.
